Claims (1)
成されて成る圧電素子の両端部を、立体的に広が
つた先端部を有する第1および第2の端子の両先
端部にそれぞれ導電接合し、かつ誘電体基板の表
裏両主面にいずれも中央部で分割された電極がそ
れぞれ形成されて成るコンデンサを、その一方の
主面側の電極部分でしかも前記圧電素子との間に
隙間をあけて、前記第1および第2の端子の両先
端部にそれぞれ導電接合し、更に前記コンデンサ
の他方の主面側の分割された電極間にまたがるよ
うに、平面的に広がつた先端部を有する第3の端
子の先端部を導電接合していることを特徴とする
複合型圧電部品。 (2) 圧電基板の表裏両主面に電極がそれぞれ形
成されて成る圧電素子の両端部を、立体的に広が
つた先端部を有する第1および第2の端子の両先
端部にそれぞれ導電接合し、かつ誘電体基板の表
裏両主面にいずれも中央部で分割された電極がそ
れぞれ形成されて成るコンデンサを、その一方の
主面側の電極部分でしかも前記圧電素子との間に
隙間をあけて、前記第1および第2の端子の両先
端部にそれぞれ導電接合し、更に前記コンデンサ
の他方の主面側の分割された電極間にまたがるよ
うに、二つに分かれた先端部を有する第3の端子
の先端部を導電接合していることを特徴とする複
合型圧電部品。 (3) 圧電基板の表裏両主面に電極がそれぞれ形
成されて成る圧電素子の両端部を、立体的に広が
つた先端部を有する第1および第2の端子の両先
端部にそれぞれ導電接合し、かつ誘電体基板の表
裏両主面にいずれも中央部で分割された電極がそ
れぞれ形成されて成るコンデンサを、その一方の
主面側の電極部分でしかも前記圧電素子との間に
隙間をあけて、前記第1および第2の端子の両先
端部にそれぞれ導電接合し、更に前記コンデンサ
の他方の主面側の分割された電極間にまたがるよ
うに、同コンデンサの電極間の隙間よりも広い先
端部を有する第3の端子の先端部を導電接合して
