コンデンサ電極と、前記圧電基体の表面に形成さ
れた少なくとも一対の接続端子と、前記振動電極
および前記コンデンサ電極のそれぞれを、前記各
対応する接続端子に接続する導電体部とを備えて
おり、前記コンデンサ電極の少なくとも一方は、
互いに分離又は接続しうる電極部分を有している
ことを特徴とするコンデンサ内蔵型振動子。 (2) 前記コンデンサ電極部分は、狭路電極部分
