本発明は、ロールブラシによって、加工材の加工面を仕

[発明が解決しようとする問題点]
ロールブラシを用いた木工用仕上研削機に供給する加工
材Wには、第5図に示すように前後端eが傾斜している
等、種々の形状のものがある.方,従来のロールブラシ
は送材方向に対して直角または一定の角度で固定して取
付けられており、加工材Wの形状とは無関係に一律に研
削加工するものであった.このため加工材Wの形状に対
応した最適な研削研磨を施すことができないという欠点
があった.
本発明は、かかる欠点を除去し得る仕上研削機の提供を
目的とするものである.
[問題点を解決するための手段]
本発明は,送材装置の上部に回動フレームを回転可能に
支持し、前記回動フレームの前部位置にダウンサンディ
ング式ロールブラシを、その後部位置にアップサンディ
ング式ロールブラシを夫々昇降可能に支持するとともに
、回動フレームの中心部に吸引ダクトを配設して、その
吸引口を前記両ロールブラシ間に配設したことを特徴と
するものである.
〔作用]
回動フレームを回転させて、ロールブラシを加工材Wの
形状に最適なように傾斜させる.そして加工材Wを供給
すると、該加工材はまず送材方向に沿った回転を生じる
ダウンサンデイング式ロールブラシにより研削され,次
に送材方向と対向する方向の回転を生じるアップサンデ
イング式ロールブラシにより研削される.この研削によ
り生じた削り屑は、各ロールの回転方向の関係からロー
ルブラシ間に排出され,このため該ロールブラシ間に配
設された吸引口から吸引ダクトに回収されることとなる
.
[実施例]
第1〜4図について本発明の一実施例を説明する.
lは機枠であって、その下部には、送材装置2が前後方
向に配設されている.
この送材装置2の構成について説明すると、送材フレー
ム3には、その様枠lからはみ出した前後端で駆動送材
ロール4及び従動送材5が支持され、該送材ロール4,
5に送材ベルト7が掛け渡され,駆動送材ロール5と連
係する送材モータ6により駆動走行するようにしている
.前記送材フレーム3は,ハンドル8の回動操作によっ
て昇降調整が可能となる.
機枠lの前部には、荒研削部Iが配設される.この移動
研削部Iの構成の一例を簡単に説明すると、前記機枠l
の上部に設けた案内レール12には走行フレーム10が
乗載し、駆動装置により送材通銘と直交する方向にフレ
ーム10を往復移動するようにしている.前記走行フレ
ーム10には、駆動モータにより駆動するロールブラシ
11a,llbが設けられる.
かかる構成にあってロールブラシl1a.1lbは、送
材ベルト7上で前後に間隔を置いて配設され、加工材W
の研削を順次二度施すようにしている.
荒研削部■の後方位置には本発明にかかる仕上研削部■
が配設されている.
この仕上研削部■の構成につき説明する.機枠lの上枠
1aには回動フレーム20の上端部を構成する円盤状の
回動基部2lが乗載し、回動フレーム20の垂下部によ
って構成される中央の吸引ダクト22を、上枠1aに形
成した矩形状貫通孔1bから下方垂下させている.
第3図で明瞭に示すように,前記回動基部21の周方の
上枠1aには、該回動基部21の周縁に外接して,回動
フレーム20の自転を保持する複数の回動案内ロール2
8が設けられる.また前記回動基部21周縁部には四箇
所の案内円弧満24が同心状に形成され,上枠1aに突
成した螺子軸25を案内円弧満24に挿通し、その突出
端に締付けハンドル26を螺合し,その締付け状態で、
回動フレーム20の位置保持をするとともに、締付けハ
ンドル26を緩めることにより回動案内ロール28及び
案内円弧満24を案内として、回動フレーム20の回動
を可能としている.前記回動基部2l上には補強枠27
が設けられている.第2.4図に示すように上枠1aの
下方において、吸引ダクト22の前後面には、回動軸3
lを支持する保持フレ、一ム30.30が設けられてい
る.前記回動軸31は吸引ダクト22に支持された左右
方向の連係杆33とウ才−ム歯車対35を介して連係し
、連係杆33の端部に設けたハンドル34の回動操作に
より回動軸31を回動させるようにしている.前記回動
軸3lの下端には昇降台37a.37bが螺合している
.このため回動軸3lの回動により昇降台37a.37
bは吸引ダクト22に設けられた上下方向の案内杆39
を案内として昇降制御される.
上述の昇降台37a.37bの下面両端には軸受40.

また昇降台37a.37bの一端の上部には回転駆動モ
ータ43a.43bが配設され、その駆動軸に設けたブ
ーリと、ロールブラシ41a.4lbの軸端に設けたブ
ーりとにベルトを掛渡してなるベルト連係機構42を介
して,該回転駆動モ−タ43a.43bによりロールブ

ハ)吸引ダクト22及びロールブラシ41a.4lbを
回動フレーム20に組み付けてユニット化し、一体的に
回動可能としたものであるから構造にまとまりがある.
