At present, when the pore wall of the wood composite board after punching is cleaned, the following defects generally exist: 1. the existing equipment cannot be attached to the hole wall when the hole wall is cleaned, the phenomenon that the hole wall is not cleaned completely is easy to occur, so that the cleaning efficiency is reduced, and the equipment cannot be used for cleaning through holes in different shapes on one equipment, so that the applicability of the equipment is reduced; 2. the existing equipment cannot clean the cleaning mechanism after cleaning the wood composite board, the phenomenon that the cleaning mechanism influences the next cleaning is easy to occur, and the continuous cleaning effect is reduced.

As a preferred technical scheme, the dust removing mechanism comprises a connecting plate, a rotating plate and cleaning rods, the connecting plate is uniformly arranged at the lower end of the sliding rod and distributed annularly, the rotating plate is connected to the lower end of the connecting plate through a torsional spring, the cleaning rods are uniformly arranged on the lower side of the inner end of the rotating plate, and when the cleaning mechanism moves to the inner side of the rotating plate during specific work, the cleaning rods clean sawdust on the cleaning mechanism, so that the influence of the cleaning mechanism on next cleaning is avoided.

As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the cleaning brush is of a cylindrical structure, is made of rubber, and is uniformly provided with rubber columns on the outer surface.
As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, the side wall of the rectangular groove on the bearing platform is symmetrically provided with the balls at left and right sides, and the balls can reduce the friction between the bearing platform and the wood composite board during specific work.

2. the finish machining treatment system for the wood composite board, provided by the invention, can be used for cleaning the cleaning mechanism after the wood composite board is cleaned, so that the influence of the cleaning mechanism on next cleaning is avoided, and the continuous cleaning effect is improved.

The bearing and placing device 3 comprises a supporting column 31, a bearing and placing platform 32, a rotating roller 33, a sliding groove rod 34, a sliding rod 35, a dust removing mechanism 36, a first bidirectional motor 37, a rotating rod 38 and a clamping mechanism 39, wherein the supporting column 31 is symmetrically installed at the left and right of the upper end of the base plate 1, the bearing and placing platform 32 is installed at the upper end of the supporting column 31, a rectangular groove is formed in the upper end of the bearing and placing platform 32, a rectangular through hole is formed in the lower wall of the rectangular groove, the rotating roller 33 is symmetrically arranged at the left and right of the lower wall of the rectangular groove, the sliding groove rod 34 is symmetrically installed at the front and back of the lower end surface of the bearing and placing platform 32, the sliding rod 35 is symmetrically connected with the sliding rod 35 at the left and right through a sliding fit mode, the sliding rod 35 is connected with the side wall of the rectangular through hole in a sliding fit mode, leak holes are uniformly formed in the sliding rod 35, the dust removing mechanisms, when the machine works, firstly, the punched wood composite board is placed on the bearing platform 32 in a manual mode, the rotating rollers 33 play a role of reducing friction between the wood composite board and the bearing platform 32, then, the clamping mechanisms 39 are manually rotated, the clamping mechanisms 39 clamp and fix the wood composite board, the hole is prevented from moving when being cleaned, finally, the first two-way motor 37 is manually started, the first two-way motor 37 drives the dust removal mechanism 36 to move below the punched wood composite board through the sliding rod 35, the dust removing mechanism 36 cleans the cleaning device 4.
The bearing platform 32 is provided with balls on the side wall of the rectangular groove in bilateral symmetry, and the balls can reduce friction between the bearing platform 32 and the wood composite board during specific work.
Dust removal mechanism 36 include connecting plate 361, rotor 362 and clearance pole 363, slide bar 35 lower extreme evenly install connecting plate 361, connecting plate 361 is the annular and distributes, the connecting plate 361 lower extreme has rotor 362 through torsional spring connection, clearance pole 363 is evenly installed to the inner downside of rotor 362, during concrete work, when clearance mechanism 49 moved rotor 362 inboard, clearance pole 363 cleared up the saw-dust on clearance mechanism 49 to avoid clearance mechanism 49 to cause the influence to clearance next time.
The clamping mechanism 39 comprises a threaded sleeve 391, a clamping screw 392 and a pressing plate 393, the threaded sleeve 391 is installed on the bearing platform 32, the clamping screw 392 is connected inside the threaded sleeve 391 in a thread fit mode, the middle part of the outer surface of the clamping screw 392 is connected with the pressing plate 393 through a bearing, the pressing plate 393 is connected with the bearing platform 32 in a sliding fit mode, the lower end of the pressing plate 393 is provided with a non-slip mat, during specific work, the clamping screw 392 is manually rotated, and the clamping screw 392 drives the pressing plate 393 to compress and fix the wood composite board.
The cleaning device 4 comprises an electric push rod 41, a support plate 42, a connecting column 43, a cleaning frame 44, an air pump 45, an air collecting frame 46, a two-way motor 47, a threaded rod 48 and a cleaning mechanism 49, wherein the electric push rod 41 is installed on the bottom plate 1, the support plate 42 is installed at the top end of the electric push rod 41, the connecting column 43 is installed at the lower end of the support plate 42, the cleaning frame 44 is installed at the lower end of the connecting column 43, the air pump 45 is installed at the upper end of the cleaning frame 44, the air collecting frames 46 are symmetrically arranged on the left and right sides of the outer side of the air pump 45, the air collecting frames 46 are connected with the cleaning frame 44 in a sliding fit mode, the air collecting frame 46 is communicated with the air pump 45 through a hose, the two-way motor 47 is installed at the middle part of the cleaning frame 44 through a motor base, the threaded rod 48 is symmetrically installed on the left and right side of the outer side, cleaning mechanism 49 is evenly installed to collection gas frame 46 lower extreme, cleaning mechanism 49 and collection gas frame 46 intercommunication, concrete during operation, at first, two-way motor 47 of manual start, two-way motor 47 drive cleaning mechanism 49 through threaded rod 48 and remove wooden composite board top of punching, afterwards, manual start electric putter 41, electric putter 41 drives cleaning mechanism 49 through backup pad 42 and feeds into inside the hole, manual start air pump 45, air pump 45 pours into cleaning mechanism 49 with the air injection, cleaning mechanism 49 hugs closely with the pore wall, thereby the effect of clearing up the pore wall has been improved, and finally, electric putter 41 drives cleaning mechanism 49 through backup pad 42 and clears up the pore wall.
The cleaning mechanism 49 comprises a cleaning pipe 491, an air bag 492 and a cleaning brush 493, the cleaning pipe 491 is arranged on the lower end face of the air collecting frame 46, the lower end of the cleaning pipe 491 is connected with the air bag 492, the cleaning brush 493 is arranged on the outer side of the air bag 492, and the cleaning brush 493 is arranged at the lower end of the cleaning pipe 491.

s3: firstly, manually starting, driving a cleaning mechanism 49 to clean the hole wall by an electric push rod 41 through a supporting plate 42, driving the cleaning mechanism 49 to move into a dust removing mechanism 36 by the electric push rod 41, and finally cleaning the cleaning mechanism 49 by the dust removing mechanism 36;
s4: the electric push rod 41 drives the cleaning mechanism 49 to reset through the supporting plate 42, and the cleaned wood composite board is taken out from the bearing platform 32 manually, so that the cleaning is finished.
