島状ペースト抵抗層を形成し、各島状ペースト抵
抗層の両端部をペースト導電層で直列接続して屈
曲した直列抵抗層とし、この直列抵抗層を前記サ
ージ吸収素子と直列接続し、前記ペースト導電層
を直列抵抗層の曲折点に配置し、前記ペースト抵
