Abstract

PURPOSE:To carry out incineration treatment economically by providing the stern of a mother boat with a recessed section to which a dust storage tank of a tug boat which can sail by a pusher boat or by self propelling is removably connected and a dust supply device which supplies the dusts in the storage tank on the tug boat to an incinerator continuously. CONSTITUTION:Dusts that are brought in by a dust collecting and transporting vehicle are charged into a dust storage tank 8 of a tug boat 6 that is moored to a pier and waiting for dust loading. When a specified amount of dusts is stored the tug boat 6 is sailed by a pusher boat 5, and it is inserted into and connected to the recess section 7 that is formed in the stern of a mother boat A which is waiting offshore. The dusts in the storage tank 8 which is thus inserted and connected are scooped up successively by the bucket 25 of a crane 26 and they are charged into a dust charging hopper 27. The dusts in the dust charging hopper 27 are crushed by a crushing machine 28 and at the same time the crushed dusts continuously fall down into a crushed dust supply machine 27. Part of roughly crushed dusts are stored there and the rest are continuously supplied to an incinerator 9 of fluidized bed type. With this arrangement it is possible to treat dust by incineration economically.

Furthermore, as is clear from FIG. 2, the garbage storage tank 8 is
The bottom part is in the shape of an inverted pyramid so that the garbage contained in the packet 25 of the garbage crane 26 can be scooped out without leaving any residue. In the above embodiment, the n6 is transported by the pusher port 5, but the pusher port 5 can be omitted by providing self-propulsion equipment to the n6 itself, and the waste incineration equipment B is Although a fluidized bed type means was employed as the furnace 9, other incineration means may also be employed, so it is not limited to that of the embodiment. Although not particularly shown, mooring mechanisms having a fixed relationship may be provided between the bond 6 and the recess 7 of the mother ship A, and between the n6 and the busher boat 5. , and it goes without saying that a plurality of turrets are combined for one mother ship A.

[Description of operation] Garbage brought in by the garbage collection and transportation vehicle is put into the garbage storage tank 8 of the n9 which is waiting to dock at the quay. When a predetermined amount of garbage is stored, the n9 is operated by the pusher port 5. , and is fitted into a recess 7 formed at the stern of the ship to be moored to a mother ship waiting on the ocean. The garbage in the storage tank 8 that has been fitted and moored in this way is transported to the packet 2 of the garbage crane 26.
5, the garbage is scooped up one by one and fed into the garbage input hopper 27. The garbage in this garbage input hopper 27 is coarsely crushed by a crusher 28, and the crushed garbage feeder 29
While a part of the coarse refuse is stored here, the coarse refuse is continuously supplied to the fluidized bed type combustion furnace 9 and burned. The progress after combustion is the above garbage incineration ML'm
Since this is already explained in the explanation of B, a detailed explanation of the operation will be omitted.

Note that the fluidized bed type combustion furnace 9 shown in the embodiment of the present invention requires time to start up the next time when the incineration is interrupted due to its function, so the collection in the garbage storage tank 8 mounted on the Once the garbage is gone, immediately place another n6 in the recess 7 of mother ship A.
In addition, it is necessary to store the amount of waste to be incinerated during the replacement work of the muffler 6 in, for example, the shredded waste feeder 29.
