- サーボモータよりなるリフトモータ１０により
駆動されるリフト機構６によりアーム１２を上下
動するようにしたマニプレータにおいて、上記ア
ーム１２をバランスシリンダ１３により下方より
支持すると共に、上記アーム１２の下降時バラン
スシリンダ１３により圧縮されエアをエアタンク
１４へ蓄積してなるマニプレータ。
