Claims (1)
- 水平軸線を有する供試体の一端を固定支持する
とともに手動で回動調節可能のラチエツト付き支
持手段と、上記供試体の他端を軸支する軸受手段
と、上記供試体の他端の水平腕部材、鉛直ワイヤ
を介してトルクを負荷するラチエツト付き手動ウ
インチと、上記軸受手段に付設された上記水平腕
部材用の水平検出器と、上記ワイヤに挿入された
ロードセルとを具えたことを特徴とする低トルク
付加装置。
