Abstract

PURPOSE:To effectively secure the angle of inclination of a pad and to obtain sufficient release action by providing a pad holding nail having a fulcrum pawl fixing the connection part of the pad and a tube and provided toward the leading end of the pad and inclined at the leading end thereof when the pad is inclined to become the fulcrum of operation. CONSTITUTION:A pad holding nail 5 is mounted on the connection part of a pad 1 and a tube 2 so as to tighten the tube 2 to firmly fix the pad 1 and the tube 2. The pad holding nail 5 has two fulcrum pawls 6a, 6b provided at symmetric positions in the inclining direction of the pad 1 and the leading ends of said pawls are formed into an acute angle and arranged at a distance of 0.5 - 0.8mm (a) from the leading end of the pad 1 so as to become fulcrums when the pad 1 is inclined. When (a) is 0.5mm or less, the leading ends of the fulcrum pawls 6a, 6b strike against a passbook at the time of attraction and the pad 1 can not perfectly attract paper 3. When (a) is 0.8mm or more, a gap is generated between the fulcrum pawls 6a, 6b and the passbook at the point of time when the pad 1 attracts the paper perfectly and the pad 1 is bent at the time of inclination.

In addition, in the case of Fig. 5(b), since the pad l is soft, the paper that bends in the direction of the arrow B at the part of the pad l that serves as the fulcrum of the inclination is caused by the entire suction surface of the pad. However, if a portion of the pad l is bent, that portion does not contribute to raising the paper, and the peeling action is reduced.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to achieve the above object, the present invention includes a pad that is brought into contact with a piece of paper, and a tube connected to the pad,
In a page-turning device in which a pad is attracted to paper by a vacuum pump through a tube and the page is turned by tilting the pad, the connection part between the pad and the tube is fixed, and the pad is tilted toward the tip of the pad. The structure includes a pad hold nail whose tip has a fulcrum nail that becomes a fulcrum for tilting motion when the pad is tilted.

In the embodiment, tube 2 is connected to the connection between pad l and tube 2.
A pad hold nail 5 is attached to tighten the pad l and the tube 2, and the pad l and tube 2 are firmly fixed by the pad hold nail 5. The pad hole nail 5 is provided with two fulcrum claws 6a and 6b at symmetrical positions in the direction in which the pad 1 is inclined, and the tips of the fulcrum claws 6a and 6b are formed at acute angles. 0.5 to 0.8 mm from the tip of the pad l to serve as a fulcrum when tilting. .. If the tip of 6b hits the passbook and the pad l cannot be completely adsorbed to the paper 3, on the other hand, if a is 0.8 or more,
When the pad 1 is completely absorbed, a gap is created between the fulcrum claws 6a, 6b and the bankbook, and when the pad 1 is tilted, the pad 1 is bent, which is similar to the conventional case shown in FIG. 5(b). A problem arises.

Then, when the page turning operation starts, as shown in Fig. 3(b).
The state shown in is reached, and the pad l is placed on the passbook with the fulcrum claw 6a.
It is tilted using the pad L as a fulcrum, and the paper 3 adsorbed to the pad L is lifted. In the example, the suction surface of pad l is approximately 45 degrees
The first sheet of paper 3 is thereby completely separated from the second sheet of paper 3.

Without deforming the pad, the entire suction surface can be tilted using the tip of the fulcrum claw as a fulcrum, and the paper peeling action can be performed satisfactorily. Therefore, the pad's original suction ability can be fully demonstrated, and the absorption capacity of each sheet of paper can be improved. The effect is that 4S can be carried out efficiently.
