装置の１例を示す概略図、第６図は、同従来例に
よる端子挿入装置のハウジング送り機構を示す斜
視図、第７Ａ図〜第７Ｃ図は、同実施例による端
子挿入装置の圧入ヘツドの動作を示す概略断面図
、第８図および第９図は、ハウジングを複数個取
りした場合の、ハウジングの端子挿入孔とキヤリ

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ハウジング供給手段から搬送装置によつて所定
    の個数づつ連続した縦列状態で間欠的に搬送され
    、前記搬送が停止する一定時間、前記搬送装置に
    設けられた端子挿入位置において前記連続した縦
    列状態で保持される同一種類のコネクタハウジン
    グに対して端子を挿入する装置であつて、 前記端子挿入位置において、前記保持されたハ
    ウジング列の端子挿入孔を含む面に対向して配置
    され、単一の前記ハウジングに対して所定の個数
    の端子を挿入可能な圧入ヘツドと、 前記圧入ヘツドを、前記保持されたハウジング
    列の長さ方向に沿つて案内するガイド手段と、 前記圧入ヘツドを、前記保持されたハウジング
    列のハウジング１個づつに対して順次端子が挿入
    されるように、前記ガイド手段に沿つて往復運動
    させる駆動手段と、 前記圧入ヘツドおよび前記駆動手段の動作を、
    前記搬送装置によるハウジングの間欠的な搬送お
    よび保持動作に同期するように制御する制御手段
    とを有していることを特徴とする端子挿入装置。
