【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は本考案の一実施例のダイヤフラム弁の
縦断面図であり、弁全閉時の状態を示す。第２図
は第１図のボンネツトの平面図、第３図は第１図
のカム孔の展開図、第４図は第１図の縦断面と直
交する半縦断面図、第５図は弁全開時の縦断面図
である。 図において、符号１０は弁体、１１は弁座、２
０はボンネツト、２１はねじ孔、２２はスパナ係
合部、２３はねじスリーブ、２４はナツト、２５
は弁軸、２６は継手、２７は止め輪、２８は座金
、２９は案内溝、３０はダイヤフラム、３１はカ
ムピン、３２はカム筒、３３はカム孔、３５はコ
ンプレツサ、３６はガイドピンをそれぞれ示す。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 上面が開口し内部が弁座１１によつて二分さ
    れた弁体１０と、前記弁体の開口を覆うダイヤフ
    ラム３０と、前記ダイヤフラムの上にのつてそれ
    を弁体に固定するボンネツト２０と、前記ボンネ
    ツトに回動可能に軸受けされた弁軸２５と、前記
    弁軸にカム機構を介して軸方向に往復可能に接続
    されかつ底面中央が前記ダイヤフラムの上面中央
    に係止されたコンプレツサ３５とを備えたダイヤ
    フラム弁において、前記ボンネツト２０の上面に
    ねじ孔２１が設けられ、前記ねじ孔にねじスリー
    ブ２３が軸方向固定位置調整可能に取付けられ、
    前記ねじスリーブによつて前記弁軸２５回動可能
    に軸受けすると共にその軸方向位置を規定したこ
    とを特徴とする急速開閉形ダイヤフラム弁。 ２ カム機構は弁軸２５に設けられてそれに直交
    する方向に延長するカムピン３１と、前記カムピ
    ンと係合するカム孔３３又はカム溝が設けられた
    カム筒３２とを備え、前記カム孔は斜めに延長す
    る斜行域３３ｂと、その両端から母線方向に直交
    して相互に相反する方向に延長する全開域３３ａ
    及び全閉域３３ｃとを備え、前記カム筒に軸心に
    直交するガイドピン３６が設けられ、前記ガイド
    ピンの両端はボンネツト２０に設けられて母線方
    向に延長する案内溝２９に軸方向移動可能にはま
    ることを特徴としてなる請求項１に記載の急速開
    閉形ダイヤフラム弁。 ３ 弁軸２５の上端に平行な二面を持つ継手２６
    を設け、前記継手の平行な二面を弁の全開時に流
    路方向に平行に設定したことを特徴とする請求項
    １又は２のいずれか１つに記載の急速開閉形ダイ
    ヤフラム弁。
