Claims (1)
- 空気ばね支持装置と、該空気ばね支持装置上に
一体的に搭載されたステージ装置とから成り、該
ステージ装置は、ステージ本体と、該ステージ本
体と螺合して該ステージ本体を移動させるための
ねじ棒と、前記ステージ本体と略同じ質量のバラ
ンサと、前記ねじ棒と同期して回転するとともに
前記バランサと螺合して該バランサを前記ステー
ジ本体と逆方向に移動させるためのねじ棒とを有
することを特徴とするステージ装置。
