ンの性能上等から要求される所定のエアクリーナ
の容積を確保すると燃料タンクの容積が不十分に
なるという不具合があつた。

料タンクの底面で塞ぐと共に、両メインパイプの
略中間で前記エアクリーナケースの底面に空気取
入口を設け、該空気取入口からの吸気をエレメン
トを介して前記吸気通路に連通させたことを特徴
とする。

方で車体フレームのメインパイプ12等には燃料
タンク22が取付けられる。即ちメインパイプ1
2は第2図に示すように所定間隔を保つた1対の
パイプフレームから構成され、このメインパイプ
12には第1図で示すようにこれを結ぶ連結パイ
プ24が設けられる。一方、燃料タンク22の底
面前部にはコの字状のブラケツト26が設けら
れ、燃料タンク22の前部はブラケツト26を連
結パイプ24に嵌入することにより車体フレーム
に支持される。又燃料タンク22の後端部28は
車体フレームの一部30にブラケツト31を介し
てボルト32によつて固定される。燃料タンク2
2は第2図に示すようにアウタパネル34とイン
ナパネル36とから構成され、アウタパネル34
とインナパネル36の垂下した下端は接合部38
で溶着される。アウタパネル34とインナパネル
36とによつて形成される燃料タンク22の内部
40は、第2図に示すように両側方41が垂下し

従来エアクリーナケースに独自の蓋が設けられて
いるエアクリーナに於いては、燃料タンクを取外
した後に更に蓋の締着ボルトを弛めてエアクリー
ナケースの蓋を取外す必要があつたが本実施例に
よれば燃料タンク22のインナパネル36がエア
クリーナケース56の蓋の役目を果たしているの
で、燃料タンク22を取外すだけでエレメント6
2を露出させることができ、エアクリーナの保守
点検作業が容易になる。又エアクリーナの蓋が不
要になるのでエアクリーナの構成部品が減少する
