Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ハウジングの軸孔内に一対のシール部材を密接
配置して高圧流体室と低圧流体室とを形成し、両
流体室の圧力差によりシール部材の密接面圧を所
定の値に維持してなるメカニカルシールユニツト
において、 前記両流体室の流体圧を直接受けるとともに、
その圧力差の変動により作動して両流体室の圧力
差を所定の値に戻す圧力差制御手段を設けたこと
を特徴とするメカニカルシールユニツト。
