Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 吸込弁と吐出弁との間に設定されたポンプ
室の内部へピストンを往復動進退させて流体のポ
ンピング作用を行う往復動ポンプにおいて、前記
ピストンの軸封部はポンプ室側から順に前記ポン
プ室内の流体に直接接触するブツシユと、前記ピ
ストンを緊締するガスケツトと、バツクアツプリ
ングとを配列すると共にこれらを軸方向に押圧支
持するサポートリングと、このサポートリングの
後方に配置されるブツシユとで構成してなること
を特徴とする往復動ポンプの軸封構造。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の往復
動ポンプの軸封構造において、前記各ブツシユお
よびバツクアツプリングはポリイミドからなる往
復動ポンプの軸封構造。 (3) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の往復
