- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 誘電体基板上の同一面上にトランスデユー
サと静磁波吸収体の膜を形成し、その上に静磁波
を伝搬するフエリ磁性体膜を置く構成の静磁波素
子。 (2) トランスデユーサからの距離に対応してフ
エリ磁性体膜との間隔が狭まるように静磁波吸収
体を形成した請求項１記載の静磁波素子。
