Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 コイルとコンデンサとからなる高周波フイルタ
に於いて、 絶縁基板１上にプリント配線によるコイル２を
設け、 前記絶縁基板１上に、固定極板３ａと可動極板
３ｂとの間に誘電体薄膜４を介在させた可変コン
デンサ３を設け、 前記可動極板３ｂの少なくとも一部を磁性体に
より構成し、且つ該可動極板３ｂを前記固定極板
３ａ及び前記コイル２との対向面積を調整可能に
構成した ことを特徴とする高周波フイルタ。
