Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 測定用ボード１上にソケツト２と外部回路３が
設けられ、被測定デバイス８が該ソケツト２に装
着されて、加熱または冷却源４をデバイス８に押
しつけてデバイス８を所定の温度に保ち、テスタ
によりデバイス８の高温または低温特性を試験す
る装置であつて、 該ソケツト２の周囲に被せ、下面の孔から恒温
気体を噴出して該外部回路３を一定温度に保つよ
うにした恒温エプロン５を有し、 該恒温エプロン５は中央部に該ソケツト２に嵌
合する孔５４が開口され、上面シート５１と複数
の恒温気体吹き出し孔５３を開けた下面シート５
２とが外周及び内周で封止されて、恒温気体が内
部に供給されるように構成されていることを特徴
とする半導体装置の試験装置。
