Claims (1)
- 隣り合う円環状永久磁石の極生を反転させ、軸
上の磁界を周期的に変化させた周期磁気回路を備
えた進行波管において、円環状永久磁石の極性が
同じで１個おきに配設した２組の磁石積層体を極
性が逆になる様に組合せて周期磁気回路を構成し
たことを特徴とする周期磁界装置。
