、プラスチツクフイルム、紙等から成る十字状短
冊シートか成り、上記ラツプシートの下辺より上
方の短冊シートの長さが少なくとも手巻寿司素材
を１巻以上巻くに十分な長さを有し、上記ラツプ
シートの下辺よりも下方の短冊シートが寿司素材
を少なくとも１巻以上巻くに十分な長さの焼海苔
を置くに十分な長さを有することを特徴とする手
