Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a triangular prismatic package and a packaging method for packaging a triangular prism such as a sandwich with a packaging sheet.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as packaging of triangular prisms such as sandwiches and pancakes, various packaging forms have been proposed, and packaging methods have also been proposed corresponding to the packaging forms. The most common of such packages is a package that uses a specially manufactured special bag, and in this method, triangular prisms such as sandwiches are individually inserted into the special bags, and triangular prisms are inserted. The opening of the bag is closed, and the flap that closes the opening is stopped with a piece of adhesive tape.
[0003]
FIG. 7 is a perspective view showing an example of a conventional packaging form using a dedicated bag. As shown in FIG. 7, the dedicated bag 70 is a bag having one end that becomes a seal portion 71 that is tapered in a wedge shape and that gradually opens toward the other end and becomes an opening 72. When a triangular prism-like object 78 such as a sandwich is inserted from the opening 72, the four surfaces except for one side 79 of the triangular prism-shaped object 78 facing the opening 72 are covered with a dedicated bag. Of the four flaps extending from the four sides around the opening, first, the flap 73 extending from the portion of the dedicated bag 70 covering the other side surface of the triangular prism 78 is folded, and then the pair of bottom surfaces of the triangular prism is formed. Two pieces of flaps 74 and 75 extending from the portion of the exclusive bag 70 to be covered are sequentially folded on the flap 73 that has been previously folded, and further, a flap 76 extending from the portion of the exclusive bag 70 that covers the slope of the triangular prism 78 is provided. Finally, the overlapped flap is sealed with an adhesive tape 77. Thus, the bag packaging 80 was obtained by inserting the triangular prism 78 into the existing dedicated bag 70, folding the flaps 73 to 76, and sealing with the adhesive tape 77.
[0004]
However, the packaging of the triangular prism 78 using the dedicated bag 70 requires the dedicated bag 70 to be expensive, and the flaps 73 to 76 included in the dedicated bag 70 are folded to close the opening 72 of the bag. Since the folded flaps 73 to 76 are simply adhered to each other with 77 pieces of adhesive tape, foreign matter such as small insects can enter the inside of the package 80 from the gap left between the folded flaps 73 to 76. There is a problem that it is not completely free and a complete sealed package cannot be obtained.
[0005]
In order to respond to the improvement request for such problems, it has been proposed that the sandwich, which is a typical example of a triangular prism-shaped article, be sealed and sealed with a single sheet. A packaging of triangular prisms with a reduced amount of packaging material is proposed (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-236524). According to this method, one rectangular surface (for example, a surface corresponding to a slope) and both bottom surfaces of the triangular prism are covered with the main body of the sheet-shaped packaging material, and the other than the one rectangular surface. On the side, the sheet folded back from both bottom sides of the triangular prism shape is combined to form a second seal, and the first seal is formed along the ridge line on the side surface of the triangular prism-shaped article, thereby allowing the amount of packaging material to be used. A sheet package that prevents entry of foreign substances from the outside while reducing the number of particles as much as possible has been obtained.
[0006]
Further, as a sandwich package and a method for manufacturing the sandwich package, a package in which a sandwich is wrapped by using a tubular packaging material and the tubular packaging material is folded around the sandwich has been proposed (for example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 6-24466). JP-A-7-291348). The triangular prism-shaped object 1 as a package is a typical example, for example, a sandwich. As shown in the perspective view of FIG. 5, a slope 2, a pair of triangular bottom surfaces 3 and 4, and a slope 2. And side surfaces 5 and 6 to which the bottom surfaces 3 and 4 are connected. The slope 2 and the side surfaces 5 and 6 intersect at ridge lines 7 and 8, respectively, and the side surfaces 5 and 6 intersect at the ridge line 9. When the triangular prism 1 is a sandwich, it is usually formed by cutting a rectangular bread sandwiched in a state where the tool A is placed in the center part into two along the diagonal line. Does not appear on the surface, but appears on the slope 2 formed by cutting.
[0007]
FIG. 6 is a perspective view showing the manufacturing process of the sandwich package, in which the film 50 is wound in a cylindrical shape around the sandwich 1a placed in a mountain shape on the film with the slope portion as the lower surface, A fusing seal line 51 intersecting the thickness direction is formed at a position facing the inclined side surfaces 5 and 6 of the sandwich 1a, and the film 50 is formed in a cylindrical shape. The opposing portion 52 of the film that faces the side surfaces 5 and 6 of the sandwich 1a is bent along the side surfaces 5 and 6, and the film 50 extends sideways extending in contact with each short side 5a of the sandwich 1a. The portion 53 is bent toward the side surfaces 5 and 6 with respect to the short sides 5a and 6a. Further, from the illustrated state, at least one downwardly extending portion 54, 54 (only one is shown) of the film 50 extending outward from the sides 7, 8 where the side surfaces 5, 6 and the bottom surface 2 of the sandwich 1a intersect. Is folded along the side surface 6 with reference to the lines corresponding to the sides 7 and 8, and the downward extension portion is adhered to the already extended side extension portion 53 with an adhesive tape. The film portion 52 and the downward extension portion 54 are temporarily fixed with a temporary seal 56 by welding before the side extension portion 53 is bent. After the side extension portion 53 is bent, the film portion 52 and the downward extension portion 54 are sealed. A seal is applied.
[0008]
Further, in the sandwich package 60 described above, in order to facilitate the opening of the sandwich 1a, a V-shape is formed outside the sealing seal formed by welding the facing portion 52 of the film 50 and the downward extending portion 54. A notch 55 for opening is formed. When the sandwich package 60 is opened, if the film 50 is torn by picking the tabs formed by raising the notches 55, the bottom surface 2 of the sandwich 1a (the widest surface that was the bottom surface when the package 60 was manufactured) is aligned. Thus, the package 60 can be opened.
[0009]
However, in the sandwich packaging body, the packaging film appearing on each surface of the triangular prism-like product is not necessarily a flat film surface having no wrinkles. That is, when covering both sides of the sandwich with a mountain shape covered with a cylindrical wrapping film, first form a film surface along both sides of the sandwich, and then fold the sides of the sandwich. The side extending portion formed in this manner is folded back on the film surface along both side surfaces. Accordingly, on both side surfaces, when the side extending portion is folded back, the flange portion appears on the surface side. In this packaging mode, both side surfaces are the back side or bottom side surfaces in the display state at the storefront, but the side extending portions are not necessarily folded back with a clear crease, and a smart packaging body is not obtained. Also, even if it does not enter the inside of the package, it is easy for consumers to get into the slightly folded folding folds, such as condensation of water vapor in the refrigerator, small insects, dust, etc. There is a possibility that the product value of the foreign material may be reduced when picked up by the hand. No such consideration is given to the production of the package, i.e. of course the sandwich packaging method.
[0010]
Further, in the above sandwich packaging body, the opening cut or the like is formed in the extended portion of the packaging film corresponding to the bottom surface (the slope of the triangular prism), so when opening in accordance with the opening cut, the film tears the slope of the triangular prism Will be performed on the wrapping film. Therefore, the sandwich must be taken out from the side of the slope, that is, the tool sandwiched between breads must be taken out from the side where the thickness has increased due to the tool, and it is difficult to remove the sandwich from the package. become. In particular, when the ingredients include eggs, paste, sauce, etc., it is difficult to take out the sandwich without getting hands dirty.
[0011]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Therefore, in a packaging body and packaging method in which a cylindrical packaging sheet surrounding a triangular prism-shaped object is folded to wrap the triangular prism-shaped object, the packaging that covers each surface of the triangular prism-shaped object is generated when the folded portion is folded back. There is a problem to be solved in that the surface of each portion of the packaging sheet covering each surface is flat without being formed on the sheet.
[0012]
An object of the present invention is to solve the above-described problem, and in packaging triangular prisms by folding a cylindrical packaging sheet, the surface of the portion of the packaging sheet covering any surface of the triangular prisms is flat. By avoiding the formation of wrinkles on the triangular prismatic packaging sheet, it is possible to prevent foreign matters such as liquids, small insects, and dust from entering the wrinkles of the packaging sheet from the outside. It is providing the package which packed the columnar thing, and the packaging method.
[0013]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above object, the present invention is configured as follows. That is, the triangular prismatic package according to the present invention has a triangular prism, a slope along the slope of the triangular prism and a pair of bottom surfaces along a pair of bottom surfaces, and surrounds the triangular prism. consists of a tubular wrapping sheet covering, the surplus portions of the tubular packaging sheet corresponding to each of the two sides continuous with said inclined surface of said triangular prism-like material and the respective bottom, along the sides from both sides Formed into a folded gusset portion and a side portion placed on the surface side covering the gusset portion by placing a mountain fold fold line connected to the gusset portion along a ridge line between the bottom surface and the side surface The extended portion of the slope portion and the extended portion of the side surface portion are sealed with each other along a ridge line between the slope and the side surface, and the triangular prismatic object is hermetically packaged.
[0014]
According to this triangular prismatic package, each surplus portion of the cylindrical packaging sheet corresponding to each side surface of the triangular prismatic portion is a gusset portion that is folded along the side surface from both sides, and the remaining portion Is connected to both gusset parts, and a fold line of mountain folds is placed along the ridge line between the bottom and side faces to form a side part placed on the surface side covering the gusset part. Since the extension part protruding from the columnar object and the extension part protruding from the triangular prism-shaped object on the side surface are sealed together along the ridge line between the slope and the side surface, the triangular prism-shaped object is sealed and packaged, so that the cylindrical packaging sheet When viewed from the outside, all of the portions along the five surfaces of the triangular prism are covered with a flat surface. The folding line of the mountain fold between both gusset portions and both side surface portions only appears corresponding to the ridgeline between both bottom surfaces and each side surface, and has virtually no effect on the appearance. Therefore, the triangular prism-shaped package is substantially free of irregularities such as mountain fold lines and wrinkles appearing on the outside in the five planes, improves its appearance, is displayed as a product, or is used by consumers. feeling when I tried to take in is you improved.
[0015]
Further, the triangular prism-like product packaging method according to the present invention covers the triangular prism-like product with a cylindrical packaging sheet having a slope portion in contact with the slope of the triangular prism-like product and a bottom surface portion in contact with a pair of bottom surfaces, and the triangular prism-like product. of the inclined surface and the respective surplus portions of the tubular packaging sheet corresponding to each of the two sides continuous with each bottom, and a gusset portion tucked along the sides from both sides, the mountain to be connected to the gusset portion A folding line is placed along a ridge line between the bottom surface and the side surface to form a side surface portion that is placed on the surface side covering the gusset portion, and an extended portion of the slope portion and an extension of the side surface portion The triangular columnar object is hermetically packaged by sealing portions together along a ridge line between the slope and the side surface.
[0016]
According to this packaging method for triangular prisms, the slope and both bottom surfaces of the triangular prisms are covered with the cylindrical packaging film in a state surrounded by the cylindrical packaging film. At this stage, the portion of the cylindrical packaging film that does not cover both side surfaces that are connected to the slopes and both bottom surfaces of the triangular prisms via ridge lines is left as an excess portion. The surplus part is first folded along the side surface from both sides to form a gusset portion that is folded on both side surfaces, and the remaining portion is connected to the gusset portion with a fold-back line between the bottom surface and the side surface. The side surface portion is placed on the surface side covering the gusset portion by being placed along the ridge line, and the extended portion of the slope portion and the extended portion of the side surface portion are sealed to each other along the ridge line between the slope and the side surface. As a result, all the surfaces of the triangular prism-shaped object are covered with a flat surface packaging film without any wrinkles coming out.
[0017]
In this triangular prism-shaped package and packaging method, the surplus of the tubular packaging sheet is formed such that the gusset portion moves from the ridge line side where the both side surfaces intersect each other toward the ridge line where the side surfaces intersect the slope. The part is preferably formed by deep folding. Each excess part of the cylindrical packaging sheet can be folded deeply along the both sides without any loosening, and the packaging sheet can be tightly wrapped around the triangular prism to create a smart triangular prism It is possible to obtain a package.
[0018]
In this triangular columnar package and packaging method, easy opening means such as notches and notches round the extended portion of the slope or the rectangular packaging sheet to provide a center seal to form the cylindrical packaging sheet. Can be formed on the center seal. By tearing the packaging sheet by means of easy opening such as a notch or notch formed in the extended portion of the slope portion, the package can be opened at the slope portion. In addition, when the triangular prism is a food such as a sandwich, in the package body, the sandwiched portion of the bread is placed so that it can be seen on the slope side, and the thickness on the slope side is increased. Even if the portion of the packaging sheet positioned at is torn, it is difficult to take out the triangular prisms so as not to touch the tool. However, by opening the package body at the side surface using means for easy opening such as notches and notches formed in the center seal, it is possible to touch the tool without touching the tool and sandwich the side where the thickness is not expanded from the packaging sheet. It becomes easy to pull out. When the triangular prism-like object is placed on the cylindrical sheet, it is possible to form an easy opening means such as a notch by cutting into a portion that becomes an extended portion of the side surface portion already or immediately thereafter. Further, when the center seal is locked, an easy opening means such as a notch or a notch is formed, so that when the package is opened at the side surface using such an easy opening means, the tool is hand-held. It becomes easy to pull out from the packaging sheet without touching.
[0019]
In this triangular prism package and packaging method, the triangular prism can be a food product such as a sandwich. Other than sandwiches, steamed bread, bread, deep fried, etc. are conceivable, but not limited to these, any triangular prism can be applied.
[0020]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing step by step up to the folding step of the packaging step according to the method for packaging triangular prisms according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 shows step by step from sealing to completion of packaging after the packaging step shown in FIG. FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing a completed triangular prism package according to the present invention, and FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing a state of opening the triangular prism package according to the present invention. The triangular prism-like object may be the same as that shown in FIG.
[0021]
About the packaging process by the triangular prism packaging method shown in FIG. 1, (a) is a diagram showing a state in which a triangular prism is placed in a cylindrical packaging film, (b) is a diagram showing a surplus part folding process, And (c) is an enlarged perspective view showing a main part. As shown in FIG. 1A, the triangular prism 1 is placed inside a cylindrical packaging film 10 with the slope 2 facing down. The tubular wrapping sheet 10 may be a seamless one that is formed in advance in a tubular shape according to the size of the triangular prism 1, but is easy to change according to the size of the triangular prism 1. It is preferable to form a rectangular packaging sheet into a cylindrical shape by applying the center seal 11. As for the cylindrical packaging sheet 10, a synthetic resin film having at least an inner surface heat-weldable is used so that the inside can be sealed by heat sealing. When the triangular prism 1 is a sandwich, the tool A adheres to the cylindrical packaging sheet 10. Therefore, when the triangular prism 1 is placed, the triangular prism 1 and the cylindrical packaging sheet 10 are previously provided. Either the contact sheet 19 is applied to the slope 2 or the triangular prism 1 is placed on the tubular packaging sheet 10 on which the application sheet 19 is placed.
[0022]
In a state where the triangular prism 1 is placed in the cylindrical packaging sheet 10, the slope 2 of the triangular prism 1 is covered with the slope 12 of the cylindrical packaging sheet 10, and the bottom surfaces 3 and 4 are also respectively in the cylindrical packaging sheet 10. Are covered with bottom surfaces 13 and 14 which are parallel to each other. Portion of the slope portion 1 2及 beauty bottom portions 13 and 14 the tubular wrapping sheet 10 other than, i.e., 5,6 parts corresponding to each side, a surplus portion 15, 15 at the stage shown in FIG. 1 (a) ing. Since the triangular prism 1 is placed at the center in the longitudinal direction in the cylindrical packaging sheet 10, the extended portions 16, 16 that are connected to each end of the inclined surface 12 and protrude from the triangular prism 1 have substantially the same length in the longitudinal direction. It extends in the length. At the stage of FIG. 1A, each extension portion 16 is previously formed with an opening notch 17 for tearing the tubular packaging sheet 10 toward the slope portion 12. The center seal 11 is also provided with a notch 18 for opening at a position slightly inward from the end edge of the cylindrical packaging sheet 10.
[0023]
Next, as shown in FIG. 1B, each surplus portion 15 is folded into a gusset shape by a pair of folding plates 30 that advance and retract along the side surface 5 (or 6) from both sides with respect to each surplus portion 15. It is. Each folding plate 30 generally includes a swash plate portion 31 extending in parallel with the side surface 5 of the triangular prism 1 and a flat plate portion 32 integrally connected to the lower end side of the swash plate portion 31. The flat plate portion 32 is bent and connected from the swash plate portion 31 and extends in parallel with the inclined surface 2. Since the surplus portion 15 exists more on the ridge line 7 side than on the ridge line 9 side, the amount of folding by the folding plate 30 increases toward the ridge line 7 side. The front edge 33 of the flat plate portion 32 has a shape that advances forward toward the ridgeline 7 according to the amount of folding. Since the following processes such as folding are the same for the side surface 6 of the triangular prism 1 as for the side surface 5, only the side surface 5 will be described.
[0024]
As shown in FIG. 1C, when the pair of folding plates 30, 30 advance and fold the surplus portions 15, 15 of the tubular packaging sheet 10, the front edges 33, 33 of the flat plate portions 32, 32 are on the lower side. Advance to a position where some of them overlap each other. Accordingly, the gusset portions 20 and 20 are formed from the surplus portions 15 and 15. The gusset portions 20, 20 partially overlap on the side surface 5. The deepest folding point 21 of each gusset portion 20 is located on the extended portion 16 beyond the ridge line 7. According to the folding by the folding plates 30, 30, the extended portion 16 is also folded on both sides to form an oblique folding line 22, and has a trapezoidal shape as a whole. The portion where the opening notch 17 is formed is not overlapped, but is in a single film state so that the notch 17 can be easily picked. At this stage, the connecting portion 23 between the two gusset portions 20 and 20 has a length extending beyond the ridge line 7, but is still left as a slack portion. When the gusset portions 20, 20 are formed by folding with the folding plates 30, 30, the mountain fold fold lines 41 connected to the gusset portions 20, 20 are the bottom surfaces 13, 14 and the side surfaces 5, 6 of the triangular prism 1. It becomes a line along the ridgeline 40 between the two.
[0025]
Next, as shown in FIG. 2A, the heat sealer 35 including the pair of heater blocks 36 and 36 is activated to heat seal the opening of the cylindrical packaging sheet 10. That is, the pair of heater blocks 36, 36 are sandwiched in a state where the extension portion 16, the gusset portions 20, 20 and both gusset portions 20, 20 are overlapped at a position slightly outside the ridge line 7, Weld and heat seal. By this heat sealing, the triangular prism 1 is packaged in a sealed state. The connecting portion 23 folded back at the folding lines 41 and 41 (FIG. 1C) of both the gusset portions 20 and 20 covers the gusset portions 20 and 20 on the side surface 5 as a flat side surface portion 25 (for the side surface 6). It becomes the side part 26). At this time, the folding lines 41 and 41 extend corresponding to the ridge lines 40 and 40 (FIG. 1C). Discontinuous grooves 27 and 28 are formed between the bottom surface portions 13 and 14 and the side surface portions 25 and 26 along with the folding, but only open to the side edge portions, and inside the package. Since it is a groove that does not communicate, there is no problem with hygiene.
[0026]
FIG. 2 (b) shows a side surface portion (in this case, side surface portion 26) of one extended portion (in this case, extended portion 6) of the intermediate package that has been heat-sealed in the packaging step shown in (a). ) Shows the return to the side. As shown in (c), the extension portion 16 is welded to the side surface portion 26 by a point seal 29. The extended portion 16 is not folded and remains as it is, and is used as a product display or printing surface.
[0027]
The completed triangular prism package P is shown in FIG. The state shown in FIG. 3 is a view showing a display state as a product, and the inclined surface portion 12 is directed to the front face with one extended portion 16 which is folded and provided with a point seal 29 facing down. The other extension portion 16 is located at the upper end, and is used as a printing surface and for picking and pulling up when taking out a product. According to the package P, any surface of the triangular prism 1 is covered with a packaging material having a flat surface along the surface, and a thin groove or an uneven groove or unevenness can easily appear on the surface side. Absent.
[0028]
When the opening notch 17 formed in one extension portion 16 is picked and the packaging material of the package P is torn, the slope portion 12 of the packaging material is torn. Further, when the opening notch 18 formed in the center seal 11 is picked and the packaging material of the package P is torn, the side surface portion 26 is torn from the center seal 11 of the packaging material. FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing a state of opening the package P when opening the side surface portion 26 from the opening notch 18. At this time, the sandwich can be taken out from the side surface 5 side, which is usually the side on which the sandwich tool A does not appear, so that the sandwich tool A (see FIG. 5) does not touch the finger and the hygiene is excellent. .
[0029]
【The invention's effect】
Since this invention is comprised as mentioned above, there exist the following effects. That is, according to the packaging body and packaging method for triangular prisms according to the present invention, each of the surplus portions of the cylindrical packaging sheet corresponding to each side surface of the triangular prisms is partly a gusset portion folded from both sides. The remaining part is connected to both gusset parts, and is formed into a side part placed on the surface side along each side, and the extension part of the slope part and the extension part of the side part are sealed together to form a triangular prism Since the objects are hermetically packaged, the cylindrical packaging sheet can cover any of the five surfaces of the triangular prism-shaped object with a flat surface along the surface when viewed from the outside. There are no wrinkles such as irregularities. Therefore, the appearance is smart and excellent in cleanliness, and the touch is also good when viewed by hand. In addition, it has a structure in which moisture and foreign matter are difficult to enter, and handling is convenient.
