[Conventional technology and its problems] Conventionally, when manufacturing a custom-made medical prosthesis such as an artificial tooth crown, a mold with a cavity for the medical prosthesis such as an artificial tooth crown is manufactured, and metal or ceramic is placed inside the mold. A method of melting and casting, or a method of repeatedly building and firing porcelain on the crown base, or a method of repeatedly building up acrylic resin or urethane resin on the crown base and then polymerizing and hardening it to build a resin crown. There are ways to do this. However, the method of casting metal or ceramic tooth crowns requires complicated and time-consuming mold production work, and requires high equipment costs. In addition, the methods of constructing dental crowns made of porcelain or resin are manual, which is time-consuming, difficult to control manufacturing conditions, and requires skilled techniques, all of which have problems such as difficulty in ensuring molding precision. There is a point.

On the other hand, when mass-producing ready-made artificial teeth and temporary crowns, filling or injection molds and injection molds are used, but if there is an undercut during mold production, it is difficult to design the mold. There are problems such as heat generation and complicated mold structure.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention creates a fugitive model by fixedly molding the shape of an artificial crown or pontic on a core or base, and then attaches the core or base and the fugitive model to a light-transmitting model. After that, the evanescent model is removed, and a photosensitive resin is injected or filled into the space created by this removal, and the resin is irradiated with light for rapid curing. The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a medical prosthesis such as an artificial tooth crown.

As shown in Fig. 1, first, the base crown 1
is made of metal, ceramic, resin, etc. using a well-known method. Next, a crown disappearing model 2 made of a removable material such as wax is fixedly molded on the base crown 1, and a gate land 3 and an air vent 4 are similarly formed using wax or the like, and these can be divided into upper and lower parts (not shown). Place inside the flask. Next, the base crown 1 is embedded in the plaster mold 5 by pouring plaster or the like into a lower flask (not shown) and hardening it. After that, a transparent, translucent and flexible material such as rubber is injected into the upper flask and cured to disappear the model 2, gate land 3, and air vent 4.
is buried in a rubber mold 6 which is a semi-mold.

After burying the base crown 1 side in the plaster 5 and the disappearing model 2 side in the rubber mold 6 in this way, the wax part is dissolved and removed as shown in FIG.
As a result, a cavity 7 is formed.

After that, separate the upper and lower flasks, remove the rubber mold 6, and remove the base crown 1 and enamel color crown 1A.
This is to remove the crown that is integrated with the plaster 5. In this case, since the rubber mold 6 has flexibility, it can be easily released even if there is an undercut in the crown.

FIG. 4 shows the case of a bridge, and the base bridge 11 is manufactured from metal, ceramic, resin, etc. using a well-known method in the same manner as in the above embodiment. Next, the disappearing model is fixedly molded together with the gate land and air vent on the base bridge 11, the base bridge 11 side is buried in a plaster mold, and the disappearing model side is buried in a rubber mold, and then the wax part is removed. A photosensitive resin is injected or filled into the resulting cavity, and is rapidly cured by irradiating light from the rubber mold side to form an enamel bridge 11A.

In each of the above embodiments, a fugitive model is fixedly molded with wax or the like on the base crown or base bridge, and the fugitive model is embedded in a semi-mold made of a translucent and flexible material, and then disappears. As the model is removed, a photosensitive resin is injected or filled into the cavity formed by this removal, and a light beam is irradiated, so it is not possible to use fluid materials that cannot be used in the construction method. It is possible to reproduce the wax shape as it is, has good reproducibility, has excellent accuracy, and can be made to order. Furthermore, since the photosensitive resin rapidly hardens when irradiated with light, it can be manufactured in a short time and is very efficient. Furthermore, since the semi-mold is flexible, it can be easily released even if it has an undercut.
