Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the space for arrangement for bus bars by providing a folded overlap section to a roundabout part or an extension part of bus bars. CONSTITUTION:A circuit plate 1 is composed of plural bus bars 2A, 2B... and an insulating plate 3 on which they are arranged. A bus bars 2A has a tab terminal 4 in an expanded state, while in the bus bar 2B in the expanded state a roundabout part 5 running in stepping aside from the tab terminal 4 consists of a part 5a running along the edge of the tab terminal 4 so as to surround it and a part 5b running apart both sides of the bus bar 2A with the bus bar 2A interposed. The tab terminal 4 is caused to stand upright by folding it at the part as shown with a dotted line P. By providing a pair of folded overlap sections 6 corresponding to the parts 5a and 5b on both sides of the bus bar 5B, the length of the insulating plate 3 is shortened as compared with the case where there are no folded overlap sections 6.

The problem with this bus bar is that, as shown in Figure 7 (al, (bl), if there is a tab terminal rising from under the insulating plate a or a terminal b' in the unfolded state, the bus bar must be run to avoid these. The portion C must be provided on the bus bar d, which increases the size of the insulating plate a, increases the number of unnecessary portions, and reduces the arrangement density of the bus bar.

Therefore, in Japanese Utility Model Application No. 58-63828, as shown in FIG.
A technique has been disclosed in which the size of the spacer is reduced to a', thereby saving space.

The conventional busbar bending method is effective in reducing the size of the insulating board, but the bending portion C' sometimes reaches a considerable height e, which is a problem in electrical connection boxes that are subject to many space limitations. The remaining parts were hindering miniaturization.

An object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems and to provide a busbar that effectively saves space by further shortening the length of the part that runs around other busbars or terminals or the height of the bent part. The object of the present invention is to provide an assembly structure for insulating plates.

The bus bar 2A is formed by punching a conductive metal plate (not shown), and has a tab terminal 4 in an expanded state. Similarly, the bus bar 2B has tab terminals 4 in the unfolded state.
It has a handling part 5 that runs to avoid the traffic. This routing portion 5 consists of a portion 5a that runs along the end of the tab terminal 4 so as to surround it, and a portion 5b that runs on both sides with the bus bar 2A in between.

The tab terminal 4 is made to stand up by being bent at the dotted line P (see Figure 2), but since the portion 5a of the bus bar 2B protrudes from the insulating plate 3, it is bent at the dotted line to support this protruding portion. An insulating plate 3' of the size shown is required.

According to the present invention, as shown in FIG. 2, by providing paired folding and overlapping portions 6, 6 on both side portions 5b, 5b of the bus bar 2B, the length of the portion 5b is shortened, and the arrangement Space is reduced.

As explained above, according to the present invention, by providing a folding and overlapping portion in the routing or extending portion of the busbar that runs around the tab terminals in the unfolded state that are quickly formed on the busbar, the installation space for the busbar can be reduced. It is possible to reduce the size of the insulating plate that supports the insulating plate, and to adjust the position of the tab terminal when it is raised quickly.

In addition, among the routing parts, especially the part running along the edge of the tab terminal, it is possible to adopt either folding or folding overlapping, and by reducing the folding height, space saving of the circuit board can be promoted. I can do it.
