However, in the above-mentioned electric wire connection means ,
The connection portion 32 between the bus bar 30 and the core wire 31a of the electric wire 31 is excellent in electrical characteristics but inferior in mechanical characteristics. This is because, when the electric wire 31 is moved up, down, left, and right, the core wire 31a comes off from the connection portion 32. In order to prevent this, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 4-172908
In the publication, as shown in FIG. 8, an insulated wiring board 33 and an electric wire holding boss 34 of an electric connection box (not shown) are provided.
The electric wire 35 is held between the electric wire holding bosses 34, and the movement of the electric wire 35 in the vertical and horizontal directions is suppressed.

[0004] However, when the bus bar and the electric wires (both not shown) are connected at a position distant from the insulating wiring board 33 and then the bus bar is transferred to the insulating wiring board 33, the electric wires move up, down, left and right. For this reason, the connection between the bus bar and the electric wire may be disconnected, and the quality of the electric connection box may be deteriorated.

According to the present invention, the exposed core portion is located between the two sets of insulator caulking pieces. Two sets of insulator crimping pieces respectively crimp the insulator covering portion, and the insulator covering portion is fixed to one end of the electric wire mounting piece or the bus bar. Thereby, even if an electric wire is moved up and down and right and left, an insulating covering part does not come off from an electric wire insertion part or one end of a bus bar.

Further, in order to connect a plurality of wires individually to a plurality of bus bars with wire fixing portions, it is possible to cope by moving the upper electrode, the lower electrode, and a pair of crimping machines. It is. Furthermore, if permanently connected to the insulator under the covering portion of the wire to the bus bar by welding the exposed core wire portion of the wire to the bus bar, the shape of the insulator clamping pieces for fixing the insulator to be covering portion is arbitrary.

As described above, according to the present invention, since the insulator covering portion does not separate from one end of the electric wire mounting piece or the busbar, the exposed core wire portion and the one end of the electric wire mounting piece or the busbar are not separated from each other. The connection portion is stable, has excellent electrical and mechanical characteristics, and can freely move the bus bar to which the electric wire is connected.

Further, even if the bus bar to which the electric wire is connected is moved, the connection portion is stable, so that it is not necessary to weld the electric wire and the bus bar, for example, in the insulating wiring board of the electric connection box. Therefore, when welding is performed, the wiring of the insulated wiring board can be simplified. Since the wiring of the insulated wiring board becomes simple, the process of connecting the electric wire and the bus bar can be simplified. In addition, since there is no waste in the connection step, the management of the step can be facilitated, and the quality of the electric connection box can be improved.
