- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 測定物の表裏から光を照射し、その形状をカ
メラによつて撮影する装置において、前記光源と
測定物の間に偏光板を配設せしめたことを特徴と
する表裏面検出装置。 ２ 二つの偏光板は、偏光方向が直交するように
配設したことを特徴とする請求項１の表裏面検出
装置。
