Claims (1)
- パツケージ内に、半導体レーザと、半導体レー
ザから入射する光を平行光として出射する第１の
レンズと、フアラデー回転子と、偏光子とを位置
調整して配置してなる半導体レーザパツケージと
、筒体のコネクタフエルール挿入穴に対して偏光
子から出射された光をフエルールの光フアイバに
集光する第２のレンズを筒体内に位置調整して配
置してなるレセプタクルとを位置調整して接合し
たことを特徴とする光アイソレータ付半導体レー
ザモジユール。
