By the way, among bridges, there is a so-called live load composite structure in which only the steel girder resists the dead load of the concrete deck slab and steel girder in the cross section, and the concrete deck and steel girder resist the live load after they are integrated. When replacing a girder deck, the old deck is removed and a new deck is installed. In the vicinity of the removed deck, only the steel girder provides resistance at its cross section, so if the load of installing the new deck becomes large, the steel It is naturally expected that the problem of insufficient strength of the girders will arise. For this reason, it is difficult to bring in a crane to lift the deck slab to the replacement position on the steel girder, and conventionally, a self-propelled crane that goes directly under or close to the bridge is used to lift the deck slab. In cases where crane trucks cannot enter, the floor slab must be replaced using equipment such as cable cranes and floating cranes, which increases the construction period and cost. There was a problem.

The present invention was proposed based on this background, and its purpose is to easily remove old deck slabs on the main girder, even on bridges where crane trucks cannot enter onto the main girder. After this, the new deck slab can be installed, and it can be used in any bridge location regardless of the bridge's local conditions, i.e., the location of the bridge, reducing the construction period and construction work. The purpose of this invention is to provide a floor slab changing device that can achieve the following goals.

In order to achieve this purpose, the floor slab changing device of the present invention is movably placed on the floor slab along the length direction of the main girder, and arranged parallel to both sides of the floor slab in the width direction. The truck has two carts for suspending a slab of floor slab, and the cart has a second running wheel disposed between the driving wheel and the first running wheel, and a second running wheel between the driving wheel and the second running wheel.
The interval between the running wheels and the interval between the second running wheel and the first running wheel is set to have a distance that can straddle at least one floor slab, and the first running wheel is supported by a support leg. A lifting device is provided between the drive wheels and the second running wheels to support the deck so as to be movable in the vertical direction, and to lift the floor slab, and further,
These carts are provided with lifting supports for lifting the carts with a crane.

In order to replace the floor slab 3 that is stretched over the main girder 2, as shown in Figure 7 A and B, move the two carts 4 and 4 parallel to each other, and move the old floor slab 3 to be replaced. The chain blocks 13, 13 are positioned above. In addition, before the floor slab 3 is not removed, that is, when there is no gap on the main girder 2 where the floor slab 3 was removed, it is of course possible to move each bogie 4, 4 using each wheel 5, 6, 7. However, as shown in FIG. 7A, the retracting device 22 is activated and the first
It is also possible to keep the running wheels 6 apart from the floor slab 3 and move the trolley 4 using only the driving wheels 5 and the second running wheels 7. In addition, the movement of the two trolleys 4, 4 is carried out using the cab tire cable from the operation panel 19 of the two trolleys.
are connected, and while securing power through the generator 18 of one of the two trolleys 4, the two trolleys 4, Move 4 in conjunction.

When lifting the floor slab 3, the first running wheel 6 is grounded, and the first running wheel 6, the second running wheel 7,
The truck is supported on the floor slab 3 by the wheels of the drive wheels 5. After the floor slab 3 is lifted up by the chain blocks 13, 13 as shown in FIG. 7B, the carts 4, 4 are moved toward the crane 31 as shown in FIG. 7C and D. Furthermore, at this time,
Naturally, a gap is created where the floor slab 3 is removed, but as shown in FIG. 7C, when the second running wheel 7 passes over this gap, is caused by the driving wheel 5 and the first running wheel 6,
Further, as shown in FIG. 7D, when the first running wheel 6 passes over the gap, the driving wheel 5 and the second running wheel 7
As a result, the trolley 4 is supported on the floor slab 3, so there is no problem in running.

Next, once the carts 4, 4 with the floor slab 3 suspended near the crane 31 are moved, the old floor slab 3 is lowered, each of the carts 4, 4 is lifted up by the crane 31, and the new platform to be installed is moved. Each chain block 13 of the trolley 4, 4 is suspended on the floor slab.
Hang the new floor slab at 13. Then, the cart on which the new floor slab 3 is suspended is again moved to the location where the old floor slab was removed, and after removal, the new floor slab 3 is installed, completing the replacement work for one floor slab. When removing the old floor slab 3 or installing the new floor slab 3, if the first running wheel 6 is pulled upwards as shown in Figure 7A, a work space can be secured below it. For example, necessary tools and the like can be placed in advance near the floor slab 3 that is to be replaced next, making it possible to improve workability.

As explained above, according to the floor slab replacement device of the present invention, the old floor slab can be easily removed using two carts placed on the floor slab on the main girder. The floor slab can be carried close to the crane while suspended on the trolley, and the new floor slab can be transported again by the trolley to the point where the old floor slab was removed, and then the new floor slab can be installed. ,
Even in cases where the crane cannot reach the deck replacement equipment on the girder, the deck replacement work can be easily carried out, and the first running wheel can be moved upward when removing and installing the deck. If the bridge is moved to another location, construction efficiency can be improved, and since it can be used regardless of where the bridge is constructed, it has excellent effects such as reducing construction period and construction cost.
