The mouth shape, which has a small diameter and extends in the axial direction of the container, is cut with a split mold and the edges are welded. On the other hand, in order to efficiently fill a tube container with contents, the bottom of the blow-molded product is cut in a direction perpendicular to the container axis, and the contents are filled from this cut open end, and then the opposite side is cut. It is important to overlap and heat seal both open ends.

This evaporates, and as a result, the contents solidify at the mouth (nozzle) of the tube container, causing trouble in that it becomes difficult to take out the contents.

It consists of a laminate in which a first intermediate layer made of an ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer, a second intermediate layer made of an olefin resin or a relatively thick adhesive resin, and an inner layer of ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer are laminated in this order. The tube-shaped container has a mouth part that has a smaller diameter than the body part formed by cutting and fusing the parison with a split mold and extends in the axial direction of the container, and a bottom part of the blow-molded product that is connected to the container axis. and a bottom portion formed by cutting in a right angle direction and overlapping and sealing a pair of cut open ends,
The ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer inner layers are continuous in the fused part of the mouth part, and the ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer intermediate layer is continuous around the bottom part of the overlapping seal. A tube-like container is provided for containing solvent-containing contents.

A distinctive feature is the use of a laminate in which a second intermediate layer of an olefinic resin or a relatively thick adhesive resin and an inner layer of ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (EVOH) are laminated in this order. That is, when using a multilayer parison having an EVOH layer only as an intermediate layer, a gap (see Fig. 7-A, 20 to be described later) occurs between the EVOH intermediate layers that are cut at the welded part of the small-diameter mouth part by the burr. But,
In the present invention, such EVOH is
Even if a gap occurs in the intermediate layer, the EVOH inner layers will always be welded together and a continuous layer (7th layer to be described later) will be formed.

ことになる。 In addition, when using a multilayer parison having an EVOH layer only as an inner layer, when overlapping and sealing the cut open ends, it is necessary to create a gap in which the EVOH layer is notched at the boundary between the melted part and the unmelted part of the EVOH inner layer (described later). 8-A, 21). In other words, for olefin resins, the melting curve measured by a differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) has a relatively gradual rise, but for EVOH, the melting curve rises steeply. While the tension is relatively large, the melt tension of EVOH is relatively small. Therefore, in the EVOH inner layer where one surface is free, there is a , the EVOH layer is cut and becomes discontinuous.
In the present invention, even if such a gap is formed in the EVOH inner layer, the area around this overlapping seal part can be removed.
The continuous presence of the EVOH intermediate layer also prevents the solvent from permeating and volatilizing from this seal portion.

Moreover, the dotted line indicates the closing line of the split mold. That is,
The parison 7 formed by melt extrusion has a diameter of D 3 , and the relationship between the tube container body diameter D 1 and mouth diameter D 2 satisfies the formula D 1 > D 3 > D 2 It is becoming. When the closing line (dotted line) of the split die enters inside the both side edges of the preform 7, burring occurs, that is, the parison is cut off by the split die and the cut ends are fused together. In FIG. 2, a clip line 8 is a clip line corresponding to the mouth part 2 of the tube container, a clip line 9 is a clip line that enters the shoulder part 3 of the tube container, and a clip line 10 is a clip line for pinch-off of a blow-molded product, which will be described later. In the specific example shown in FIG. 5, an olefin resin intermediate layer 19 is interposed between an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer inner layer 15 and an intermediate layer 17, and each of these layers is thin. Bonding between the layers is performed via adhesive resin 18 .

85 mol%, most preferably 50 to 80 mol%, such a copolymer is a copolymer of ethylene and a lower fatty acid vinyl ester such as vinyl acetate with a degree of saponification of 96%. It can be obtained by saponifying the above, especially to 99% or more. Examples of olefinic resins include bottom, medium or high density polyethylene, isotactic polypropylene, crystalline propylene-ethylene copolymer, crystalline ethylene-butene-1 copolymer, crystalline propylene-butene-1 copolymer. Polymers, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymers, ionically crosslinked olefin copolymers (ionomers), or blends of two or more of these are used.

Even if 0 is present, the innermost layer of the parison is composed of the ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer layer 15, and the copolymer inner layers 15 are necessarily fused together to form a continuous layer when clipping. Permeation and volatilization of the solvent through the clipping part 8 of the mouth part 2 is prevented, and as a result, the tendency of the contents to solidify within the mouth part 2 of the tube container is prevented.

能となつた。(Effects of the Invention) According to the present invention, the mouth portion has a considerably smaller diameter than the body formed by cutting off the parison with a split mold and fusing the edges of the cutting, and the bottom portion of the blow molded product. When manufacturing a tube container with a bottom formed by cutting a pair of cut open ends and overlapping and sealing a pair of cut open ends, an olefin resin outer layer, an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer intermediate layer, an olefin resin By using a multilayer parison consisting of a laminate in which a resin intermediate layer or a relatively thick adhesive resin layer and an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer inner layer are laminated in this order, it is possible to reduce the It has become possible to prevent the contents from solidifying by preventing volatilization and evaporation of the solvent.
