制御される昇圧用のスイツチング素子と、リアク
トルとを備え、直流入力電圧の降圧および昇圧を
行う昇降圧DC−DCコンバータにおいて、 目標出力電圧および前記昇圧手段を介して取り
出された実際の出力電圧を受け取り、これらの電
圧の大小を判別する判別手段と、前記実際の出力
電圧が前記目標出力電圧よりも低い場合には、前
記降圧用のスイツチング素子のオンオフ駆動を止
めて、直流入力電圧の降圧動作を停止する降圧動
作停止手段と、前記実際の出力電圧が前記目標出
力電圧以上に場合には、前記昇圧用のスイツチン
グ素子のオンオフ駆動を止めて、直流入力電圧の
昇圧動作を停止する昇圧動作停止手段とを有する
