照射装置において、複数枚の円板状の整流板に設
けた流通穴を内筒の外面に嵌め込み、各整流板を
相互に間隔を置いて、かつ各整流板の内周と内筒
の外面との間に流通間隙を形成させるとともに各
整流板の外周を外筒の内面に接するように外筒内
に取り付けた整流板を付設した流体紫外線照射装
置。 (2) 第一請求項の各整流板に貫通孔を開けてロ
ツド等の支持具で取りり付けた整流板を付設した
流体紫外線照射装置。 (3) 第一請求項又は第二請求項の各整流板に複
数個の流通穴を設け、各流通穴に前記の内筒を嵌
め込んだ整流板を付設した流体紫外線照射装置。
