の中央部に紫外線透過筒に嵌め込むための貫通口
を設けるとともに、その貫通口に届かないように
切込線を間隔を置いて複数本設け、かつ切込線の
先端部分を円形状に切り落とすとともにこの部分
を研磨した後、各板の切込線部分を捩じつてスク
リユー状に形成して乱流板とし、各乱流板を、そ
の貫通口を紫外線透過筒の内側に間隔を置いて嵌
め込むとともに各乱流板の外周を照射装置の内壁
