- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 複数のチユーブ状のセラミツク製膜の両端を、
互いに連結された一対のヘツダにて支持し、 前記膜の一端を、一方のヘツダの内部に形成さ
れた吸引室内に開口させ、 前記膜の他端を、他方のヘツダの内部に形成さ
れた収容部にはめ込み、 前記膜の他端開口に栓を施し、 この栓と、前記収容部の底部との間に、この栓
を閉じ側へ押圧するばね体を設け、 たことを特徴とする濾過ユニツト。
