  1. 重心位置が排気マニホールド中心線から偏より
    、排気ブランチの端面に取付フランジをもつ排気
    マニホールドにおいて、排気マニホールド中心線
    にもつとも近い取付フランジに穿たれたスタツド
    孔の一つ以上を、スタツドの径に略等しい位置決
    め孔に形成し、両端気筒の少なくとも一方の取付
    フランジに穿たれたスタツド孔を長孔とし、該長
    孔の短径は排気マニホールド回動方向に配置する
    とともにスタツドの径と略等しくし、長径は排気
    ブランチの熱膨張・収縮に応じ得る長さに形成し
    たことを特徴とする内燃機関の排気マニホールド
    取付構造。
