面材を、熱可塑性樹脂材を介して固着する太陽電
池装置であつて、 上記透光性プラスチツク表面材が、光入射面側
を、粗面を有するポリカーボネート材とし、熱可
塑性樹脂材側をポリエチレンテレフタレート材と
した積層シートから構成されていることを特徴と
する太陽電池装置。
