Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 透磁性材料より成る槽1中にマグネツト撹拌
    子3を収容し、上記槽1の底面下でマグネツト回
    転盤5を回転させることにより、上記槽1中のマ
    グネツト撹拌子3を回転させ、槽1中の被処理液
    Aを撹拌するようにしたマグネツト式撹拌装置に
    於いて: 上記槽1の底面の裏面に可及的に厚さが薄い超
    音波振動子4を取り付けると共に上記マグネツト
    回転盤5の磁力が上記超音波振動子4を通して上
    記槽1中のマグネツト撹拌子3に及ぶように設定
    し、マグネツト撹拌子3の回転に伴う被処理液A
    の撹拌と同時に被処理液A中に超音波を伝播可能
    にしたことを特徴とする超音波発生可能なマグネ
    ツト式撹拌装置。 上記槽1中に、被処理液A及びマグネツト撹
    拌子3を収容した容器21を収容し、この容器2
    1と上記槽1の間に超音波伝播媒体Bを収容した
    ことを特徴とする請求項第1項記載の超音波発生
    可能なマグネツト式撹拌装置。 上記超音波振動子4が電歪振動子であること
    を特徴とする請求項第1項、請求項第2項記載の
    超音波発生可能なマグネツト式撹拌装置。 上記槽1が複数配設されていることを特徴と
    する請求項第1項記載の超音波発生可能なマグネ
    ツト式撹拌装置。 上記槽1が超音波発生可能なマグネツト式撹
    拌装置本体2と一体的に構成されていることを特
