The present invention relates to a packaging bag, and more particularly to a packaging bag with excellent physical properties formed by laminating high-density polyethylene layers having different melt flow ratios (MFR). Conventionally, bags made of high-density polyethylene or low-density polyethylene have been used in the field of packaging that requires moisture resistance, such as copy paper packaging bags and food packaging bags. However, low-density polyethylene has the disadvantage that it does not have sufficient mechanical strength or moisture resistance, and in order to satisfy these properties, it must be made into a thick film or sheet. For this reason, attempts have been made to make the wall thinner by using high-density polyethylene, which has excellent strength, but ordinary high-density polyethylene for film, which has high impact resistance, does not have sufficient moisture resistance. Excellent special high-density polyethylene has low impact strength and tear strength, and is also inferior in transparency, so it has not been able to meet the demand for thinner films. The present invention overcomes the drawbacks of the prior art as described above,
The object of the present invention is to provide a packaging bag that has sufficient moisture resistance and mechanical strength even though it is thin. That is, the present invention provides a melt index (MI)
A layer (A) made of high density polyethylene with a melt flow ratio (MFR) of 10 to 60 and a melt index (MI) of 0.02 to 0.2.
g/10 minutes and a layer (B) made of high-density polyethylene having a melt flow ratio (MFR) of 70 or more, and the thickness of the two layers is in the ratio of (A) layer/(B). ) layer =
9/1 to 7/3, and the difference in melt flow ratio (MFR) between the two layers is 30 or more. The packaging bag of the present invention is basically composed of a laminated film consisting of two layers, layer (A) and layer (B). 10 minutes and a MFR of 10 to 60, preferably 15 to 50, is used. Furthermore, this
MFR is defined as the ratio of the melt index at a load of 21.6 Kg and the melt index at a load of 2.16 Kg, ie, MFR=MI 21.6 Kg/MI 21.6 Kg, and serves as an index of molecular weight distribution. The high-density polyethylene constituting the layer (A) has the above-mentioned MI and MFR, and usually has a density in the range of 0.945 to 0.970 g/cm 3 . Such high-density polyethylene includes not only ethylene homopolymers but also copolymers of ethylene and other α-olefins (α-olefin unit content of 10 mol% or less), such as ethylene-propylene copolymers. , ethylene-butene-1 copolymer, etc. can be used. The layer (A) made of high-density polyethylene has excellent moisture resistance, but has somewhat poor moldability and extremely low mechanical strength, particularly tear strength in a certain direction. Therefore, in the packaging bag of the present invention, a laminated film is used as a material, in which layer (B) is laminated on layer (A), which has excellent moisture resistance but low mechanical strength, to reinforce the mechanical strength. . For this (B) layer, MFR is 70 or more, usually 70~
250, preferably 80-200 high density polyethylene is used. In addition, this high-density polyethylene
Densities in the range 0.945 to 0.965 g/cm 3 are preferred, with MI of 0.02 to 0.2 g/10 min. The high-density polyethylene constituting the layer (B) may include ethylene homopolymers, copolymers of ethylene and other α-olefins, such as ethylene-propylene copolymers, ethylene-butene-1 Examples include copolymers. This layer (B) made of high-density polyethylene has excellent mechanical strength such as tensile strength and tear strength, and by using a laminated layer of the above (A) layer and this (B) layer, moisture proofing is achieved. A packaging bag with excellent properties and mechanical strength can be obtained. Furthermore, the high-density polyethylene constituting layer (B) has excellent moldability and has sufficient strength even when made thin. In the present invention, as described above, a packaging bag is basically formed from a film made by laminating both layers (A) and (B), but if necessary, these layers may be further laminated to form a three-layer film. The above laminated film may be used, and a layer of low density polyethylene or the like may be provided as an intermediate layer between the layers (A) and (B). As mentioned above, when laminating layers (A) and (B) or other layers, it is necessary to select layers so that the difference in MFR between each layer (A) and (B) is 30 or more. , most preferably 50 or more. Furthermore, other resins and rubbers may be added to the high-density polyethylene constituting the layers (A) and (B) of the present invention, if desired, and pigments, dyes, stabilizers, slip agents, etc. You may. There are various methods for manufacturing the packaging bag of the present invention using the high-density polyethylene constituting the above (A) layer and (B) layer.
The laminated film may be formed into a packaging bag of a desired shape by coextrusion inflation molding in step 7 or coextrusion T-die molding. The thickness ratio of layer (A) and layer (B) in this packaging bag is (A)
Layer/(B) layer should be 9/1 to 7/3. Further, in the packaging bag of the present invention, either layer (A) or layer (B) may be used as an inner layer or an outer layer, but layer (A), which has excellent moisture resistance, is generally used as an outer layer. As described above, the packaging bag of the present invention is composed of a laminated film of two or more polyethylene layers that have different physical properties and compensate for each other's shortcomings. It has excellent strength, tear strength, etc.) and good moldability. Moreover, sufficient mechanical strength
Since it has luster, it can be made thinner and resources can be saved. Therefore, the packaging bag of the present invention can be effectively used after packaging copy paper, food, etc. that are sensitive to moisture, that is, as moisture-proof packaging. Next, the present invention will be explained in more detail with reference to Examples. Examples 1 to 3 The predetermined raw material resins shown in Table 1 were melt-kneaded using an extruder, introduced into an in-die adhesion type circular die, and then inflation molded at a blow ratio of 4.3 to form a 35μ thick two-layer or A three-layer laminated film was obtained. The measurement results of various physical properties of the obtained film are shown in Table 1 along with the moldability and final evaluation. Comparative Examples 1 and 2 The same measurements as in Examples 1 to 3 were carried out on single-layer films made of predetermined resins shown in Table 1. The results are shown in Table 1. Comparative Examples 3 to 8 A two-layer film having a thickness of 35 μm was obtained in the same manner as in Example 1, except that the conditions shown in Table 1 were followed. The measurement results of various physical properties of the obtained film are shown in Table 1 along with the moldability and overall evaluation.
