体の金具取付部に止着部をかしめ固定して備えら
れ、その先端のフツク部に締め付け用のゴムバン
ド等を掛止する掛止金具に関する。

付部に食い込んでしまうことや、掛止金具に大き
な引張り力が掛かつた際に金具取付部が切断され
る様なことがない。
