Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、降雪の日などの際に車輌のタイヤに
滑止めとして装着する滑止め具に関するものであ
る。

従来、この種の滑止め具として本考案者が開発
した特開昭57−186508号公報の如きものがある
が、本考案は前記車輌用滑止め具において特に固
定金具の上端部、即ち滑止め部材取付部がタイヤ
の側面へ接触するのを防止するためのタイヤ接触
防止用突出部の断面形状を、固定金具接触面が前
記固定金具の径より広巾で、かつ上面が滑止め部
材の内側面に上向き傾斜辺となつて連続する全体
として略三角形若しくは台形状となすことによ
り、突出部自体ならびに滑止め部材端部の強度を
強めるとともにタイヤの側面に集中的に作用する
面圧を広く分散させタイヤ側面における滑止め部
材が当接する個所の磨耗を防止するようにして長
期に亘り作用し得るようにしたものである。

は平板状となつており、使用時のみこれをタイヤ
Aの外周面Bおよび両側面Cに沿つて折曲げ装着
するようにした滑止め具等いずれのものでもよ
く、またその形状もI状、X状いずれのものでも
よい。而して前記滑止め部材1はその両端部に側
部開口切欠溝1b,1b付の係合孔1a,1aを
2個づつ穿設してあるとともに前記係合孔1a,
1aの直上部の内側面には、後述する固定金具3
の上端部、即ち滑止め部材取付部3bがタイヤA
の側面Cへ接触するのを防止するためのタイヤ接
触防止用突出部1d,1dが設けられている。

し、前記ロープ2に前記索条取付部3aをかしめ
付けて、固定金具3をロープ2に適宜間隔をおい
て固定するものであるが、この場合前記固定金具
3の両棒状部3c,3cは滑止め部材1の外側面
1c,1cに位置する如く取付けられるものであ
り、またロープ2(索条)をチエーンとした場合
は、第5図示の如く前記固定金具3の索条取付部
3aをチエーンにゆるく巻着して取付けるもので
ある。

により係合取付けることもできるものである。

若しくは台形状となすことにより、突出部自体な
らびに滑止め部材端部の強度を強めるとともにタ
イヤの側面に集中的に作用する面圧を広く分散さ
せ、タイヤ側面における滑止め部材が当接する個
所の磨耗を防止するようにして長期に亘り使用し
得る効果がある。

付部とし、さらに前記固定金具の索条取付部を索
条に適宜間隔をおいて取付け、かくしてなる固定
金具の前記滑止め部材取付部を前記滑止め部材の
側部開口切欠溝付係合孔に、前記固定金具の棒状
部が前記滑止め部材の外側面に位置する如く係合
させて滑止め部材を固定金具に取付けるとともに
前記滑止め部材の側部開口切欠溝付係合孔直上部
の内側面に、タイヤ接触防止用突出部を設けてな
る車輌用滑止め具において、前記タイヤ接触防止
用突出部の固定金具接触面を、前記固定金具の径
より広巾とするとともに前記タイヤ接触防止用突
出部の上面を、滑止め部材の内側面に上向き傾斜
辺となして一体に連結し、前記タイヤ接触防止用
突出部の断面形状を略三角形若しくは台形状に形
成してなる車輌用滑止め具。
