【考案の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野) 本考案は降雪の日などの際に車両のタイヤに滑
止めとして装着する車両用滑止め具における滑止
め部材の取付金具に関するものである。 (従来技術) 従来、車両用滑止め具における滑止め部材の取
付金具として、本出願人が開発した特開昭57−
186508号公報の如く、金属棒材を略O字状に折曲
してその両端衝合部側を下方へ逆U字状に折曲げ
て滑止め部材取付部となすとともに両端非衝合部
側を上方へU字状に折曲げて索条取付部となした
固定金具の前記索条取付部を索条に適宜間隔をお
いて巻着し、これをかしめ付けて取付ける一方、
前記固定金具の滑止め部材取付部に前記滑止め部
材の側部開口切欠溝付係合孔を係合させて滑止め
部材を取付けるようにしたもの、あるいは特開昭
54−8308号公報の如く、金属棒材の両端部側を索
条部側に位置させたものは公知である。 (考案が解決しようとする問題点) ところが、上記従来技術において、前者のよう
に金属棒材の両端衝合部側を滑止め部材取付部と
した場合は、該部分が車両の進行、停止時に滑止
め部材に加わる引張力により容易に開いてしまう
惧れがあり、そのため前記衝合部をスポツト溶接
等により溶接することも試みられていたが、細い
棒材の衝合端部を正確に溶接することは技術的に
難しくコスト高となる憾があり、また溶接時にバ
リ等が生じ、これが滑止め部材を傷付ける等の問
題点があつた。 また後者の場合は取付金具の直線棒状部に、折
曲部の先端が当つて、巻込みを充分に行うことが
できないと云う問題点があつた。 本考案は上記問題点を解決し、車両の進行、停
止時に滑止め部材に強い引張力が加わつても、容
易に取付金具の滑止め部材取付部が拡開せず、し
かも前記滑止め部材取付部によつて滑止め部材を
傷付けることがないとともに、索条取付部側の索
条に対する巻込みを充分に行うことができる車両
用滑止め具における滑止め部材の取付金具を提供
することを目的とするものである。 (問題点を解決するための手段) 本考案は、上記目的を達成するため、ゴムある
いは合成樹脂等の弾性体によりタイヤの外周面お
よび両側面に適合し得る内側形と所要幅の滑止め
部材の各端部を2条の索条に適宜間隔をおいて連
結するようにした車両用滑止め具における滑止め
部材の取付金具において、棒材を略O字状に折曲
してその両端衝合部側を索条巻付け可能に略逆U
字状に、しかも前記略逆U字状折曲基端から前記
両端衝合部までを、その折曲先端が直線棒状部の
内側に入り込み得るよう相互に順次近接状態に折
曲して索条取付部となすとともに前記棒材の両端
非衝合部側を略水平状に折曲して滑止め部材取付
部としたことを特徴とするものである。 (実施例) 第1図乃至第6図は本考案の一実施例を示し、

曲して滑止め部材取付部3となしてある。なお、
前記索条取付部2の折曲先端は取付金具の直線
棒状部4,4の間隔より小となつていることは勿
論のことである。また金属棒材は金属製のみに限
定されるものでなく、その両衝合端部1a,1a
は必要に応じ溶接、接着等により一体に連結する
ことも可能である。5は滑止め部材であつて、前
記滑止め部材5はゴムや合成樹脂等の弾性体を使
用し、あらかじめタイヤAの外周面Bおよび両側
面Cに適合し得るように内側形を折曲形成した所
要細幅に形成されているが、非使用時は平板状と
なつており、使用時のみこれをタイヤAの外周面
Bおよび両側面Cに沿つて折曲げ装着するように
したものでもよく、またその形状もI状、X状い
ずれのものでもよい。また前記滑止め部材5はそ
の両端部に側部開口切欠溝5b,5b付の係合孔
5a,5aを2個づつ穿設してある。6はロー
プ、チエーン等の索条、7は緊締具である。 次に作用について説明する。索条6に取付金具

部2を第4〜5図示のように前記索条6に巻付け

取付金具に滑止め部材5を取付ける場合は、前
記滑止め部材5の端部を第5図示一点鎖線の如く
捻つて前記取付金具の直線棒状部4,4間に挿
入し、然る後これを同図示実線の如く戻して係合
取付けることにより、容易に取付けることができ
るものであるが、前記滑止め部材5自身の弾力性
を利用して圧縮することにより係合取付けること
もできるものである。 (効果) 以上説明したように本考案によれば、ゴムある
いは合成樹脂等の弾性体によりタイヤの外周面お
よび両側面に適合し得る内側形と所要幅の滑止め
部材の各端部を2条の索条に適宜間隔をおいて連
結するようにした車両用滑止め具における滑止め
部材の取付金具において、棒材を略O字状に折曲
してその両端衝合部側を索条巻付け可能に略逆U
字状に、しかも前記略逆U字状折曲基端から前記
両端衝合部までを、その折曲先端が直線棒状部の
内側に入り込み得るよう相互に順次近接状態に折
曲して索条取付部となすとともに前記棒材の両端
非衝合部側を略水平状に折曲して滑止め部材取付
部としたものであるから、索条取付部にて充分に
索条を巻込んでかしめ付けることができ、車両の
進行、停止時に前記滑止め部材に強い引張力が加
わつても前記固定金具の滑止め部材取付部は容易
に拡開することなく、また前記滑止め部材取付部
には棒材の両端衝合部または溶接バリ等がないの
で滑止め部材を傷付けることもない等の効果があ
る。
