Description

【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a clip for holding a harness, cable, hose or the like that is routed in a closed cross-section such as a rear gate frame or pillar of a vehicle.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, as shown in FIG. 3, the harness b routed in the closed cross section of the rear gate frame a of the vehicle cannot be fixed in the closed cross section, so that the harness b is closed when the rear gate is opened or closed or during traveling. When the harness vibrates in the part and the harness is hardened, such as in cold weather, the hardened harness b may hit the inner surface of the closed cross-sectional part and generate a rattling sound. Conventionally, the occurrence of a rattling sound is generally prevented by winding a urethane tape c around the outer periphery of the harness b.
[0003]
Recently, as disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 2-91047, a large number of elastic needle-like protrusions having a spherical head formed at the tip are projected on the entire outer periphery of a headband-like clip body for bundling a harness. By using the clip of the provided structure and fitting the clip body to the harness and pulling it around the closed cross section, a large number of needle-like projections of the clip elastically contact the inner surface of the closed cross section, There has been devised one that is held substantially at the center, thereby preventing the occurrence of the above-mentioned rattling sound.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The conventional soundproofing means for wrapping urethane tape around the harness requires the urethane tape to be attached to almost the entire length range of the harness in the closed cross section. There is a problem that the soundproofing effect is almost lost due to deterioration or peeling due to secular change.
[0005]
In addition, the special clip structure disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 2-91047 is a structure in which a large number of needle-like projections are radially projected on the entire outer periphery of the headband-shaped clip body, so that the formation is troublesome. In addition to being expensive and cumbersome to handle, there is a problem in that it is necessary to manufacture clips suitable for each of the various harness diameters and closed cross-section sizes, which incurs material costs. .
[0006]
The present invention aims to address the above-described conventional problems.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention relates to a coil part having a holding clip such as a harness that is routed and disposed in a closed cross section of a rear gate frame or a pillar of a vehicle, and a coil part having means for fixing to the harness or the like, and outward from the coil part. Consists of a spring wire material in a shape having two arm portions that elastically contact with the opposing inner surfaces of the extended closed cross-section portion, and wire passage holes formed at the tips of the two arm portions, respectively. It is characterized by that.
[0008]
[Action]
The clip constructed as described above is attached and fixed to a harness or the like at its coil portion, the two arm portions are bent, the holes are matched, and the two arm portions are bent by passing the wire through the holes. In this state, after the harness or the like is disposed in the closed cross section, the two arms are expanded outward by the elastic restoring force by pulling out the wire, and the closed cross section is opposed to each other. Each of the inner surfaces is elastically contacted, and the harness or the like is spring-held at the substantially central portion in the closed cross-section portion, so that there is no possibility of functional deterioration due to secular change, and it is possible to completely prevent the generation of a rattling sound. In addition, it is easy to route the harness to the closed section such as a harness with a clip attached, and the elastic restoring force of the arm made of spring wire material is used. The cost is low because it can be handled and the structure is easy.
[0009]
【Example】
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
[0010]
FIG. 1 shows a first embodiment of the present invention, in which 1 is a clip for holding a harness 6 in a closed cross-sectional space, and the clip 1 is a coil that is wound around and fixed to a substantially rod-shaped core material 2. A structure having a portion 1a, a pair of upper and lower arms 1b, 1b extending outward from both ends of the coil portion 1a, and holes 1c, 1c formed at the distal ends of the arms 1b, 1b, respectively. It is made of spring wire material. The pair of arm portions 1b and 1b are slightly curved from both ends of the coil portion 1a and extend substantially vertically, and a non-slip 1d is wound around and fixed to the vicinity of the tips of the arm portions 1b and 1b.
[0011]
The substantially rod-shaped core material 2 is a member for attaching the clip 1 to the harness 6, and the core material 2 is wound around and fixed to a substantially central portion in the longitudinal direction of the core material 2. The clip 1 can be easily attached to the harness 6 by attaching 2 to the harness 6 and fixing the left and right portions of the core material 2 to the harness 6 by winding the tape 3.
[0012]
In this way, as shown in FIG. 1 (B), a plurality of clips 1 are attached to portions disposed in the closed cross section 5 of the harness 6 at appropriate intervals, and a pair of arms 1b of each clip 1 is attached. , 1b are bent so that the holes 1c, 1c are substantially aligned, the wire 4 is passed through the holes 1c, 1c of the plurality of clips 1, and the tip 4a of the wire 4 is connected to the connector 6a at the tip of the harness 6. Secure removably. Then, as shown in FIG. 1C, the arms 1b and 1b of each clip 1 are formed into a substantially circular shape including the core material 2 and the harness 6 inside by insertion of the wires 4 into the holes 1c and 1c. While being held in a bent state, the drawing work into the closed cross section 5 is performed in this state.
[0013]
When the operation of routing the harness 6 into the closed cross section 5 is completed, the tip 4a of the wire 4 is removed from the connector 6a, and the wire 4 is removed.
[0014]
Then, as shown in FIG. 1 (D), the arms 1b, 1b, which have formed a substantially circular shape, expand up and down by their own elastic restoring force, and the upper and lower inner surfaces of the closed cross section 5 at the anti-slip 1d portion. The harness 6 is spring-held at the substantially central portion of the inner space of the closed cross section 5 by the spring force of the pair of arm portions 1b, 1b, and there is a possibility that the harness 6 contacts the inner surface of the closed cross section 5 It disappears at all.
[0015]
FIG. 2 shows a second embodiment of the present invention.
[0016]
That is, in the embodiment of FIG. 1, as a means for attaching the clip 1 to the harness 6, a rod-shaped core material 2 around which the coil portion 1 a of the clip 1 is wound and fixed is used, and the core material 2 is attached to the harness 6 on the tape 3. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 2, the clip 1 shown in FIG. 1 is cut at the center of the coil part 1a and divided into two parts, that is, one end part of the coil part 1a. The clip 1 is constituted by two clip pieces 11 and 11 'having a shape in which an arm portion 1b having a hole 1c at the tip extends from the coil portion 1a. The two clip pieces 11 and 11' are respectively connected to the coil portion 1a. Is screwed into the harness 6 from the cutting terminal portion, and is directly attached to the harness 6 by friction caused by tightening of the coil portion 1a.
[0017]
In this way, the arm portions 1b and 1b of the two clip pieces 11 and 11 'are attached so as to extend above and below the harness 6, respectively, and thereafter, as in the embodiment of FIG. The extended arm portions 1b and 1b are bent so that the holes 1c and 1c are substantially coincident with each other, and the arms 1b and 1b are held in a bent state through the wire 4 so as to be routed into the closed section 5 After that, by pulling out the wire 4, the arm portions 1b, 1b spread up and down by elastic restoring force, and elastically contact with the upper and lower inner surfaces of the closed cross-section portion 5 at the anti-slip 1d portion to connect the harness 6 to the closed cross-section portion 5 The spring is held at substantially the center of the.
[0018]
In the embodiment of FIG. 2, there is no problem when the elastic clamping force of the coil portion 1a against the harness 6 is sufficiently strong, but when the clamping force of the coil portion 1a is not sufficiently strong, By inserting the pin 7 between the coil part 1a, the pin 7 serves as a wedge and can be reliably fixed so that the coil part 1a does not rotate with respect to the harness 6.
[0019]
In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, if the arm portion 1b is provided with the anti-slip 1d, and the anti-slip 1d portion is configured to elastically contact the inner surface of the closed section 5, the sliding movement occurs in the elastic contact portion. Although there is an effect that there is no fear, even if the anti-slip 1d is omitted, the main object of the present invention of sufficiently holding the harness so as not to hit the inner surface of the closed cross section can be sufficiently achieved. it can.
[0020]
Needless to say, the clip of the present invention can be applied not only to holding a harness but also to holding a cable or a hose that is routed around the closed cross section.
[0021]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, a harness, a cable, a hose or the like disposed in a closed cross-section portion such as a rear gate frame or a pillar of a vehicle is spring-held in a space center portion in the closed cross-section portion via a clip, There is no contact with the inner surface of the closed cross section of the harness, cable, hose or the like, and the generation of a rattling sound is completely prevented. Further, since the clip of the present invention is made of a spring wire material and uses the elastic restoring force of the spring wire material, it is very easy to dispose in the closed cross section, and various types are available. It can correspond to a closed cross-section structure. Furthermore, unlike conventional urethane tape wrapping, it is only necessary to attach several clips to a harness or the like arranged in the closed cross section at a predetermined interval, so it does not cost much and changes over time. Combined with the fact that there is no risk of functional deterioration due to the above, it can bring about a great practical effect.
