Although it has the advantage of being able to freely adjust the binding band, it has the disadvantage that it is not possible to obtain two or more independent branch binding ring states using a single binding band. For this purpose, a binding band consisting of a head body and a band body is improved, a plurality of insertion holes are formed in the head body, and the band body is sequentially inserted into each insertion hole from opposite directions in a meandering manner. A binding band has been provided in which a plurality of loops are formed so that electric wires and the like can be branched and bundled at each loop (for details, see Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 84257/1983).

A configuration in which a plurality of locks are formed at regular intervals, a plurality of locks are formed between each holding portion, and each lock is engaged with a side surface of the holding portion when the binding band is inserted into the holding portion. and the open openings of the holding part group on one side and the holding part group on the other side,
They are arranged in opposite directions, and a structure is adopted in which the holding part group on one side and the holding part group on the other side can also be press-fitted into engagement with each other.

As shown in the figure, a binding band 1 is a long and thin band with a rectangular cross section.
A plurality of substantially C-shaped holding parts 2 are formed on both sides except near the center of the holding part 2 so that the open openings 2a of the holding parts 2 are perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the binding band 1, and
A plurality of locks 3 are further formed to prevent the binding band 1 from coming off from the holding part 2 when the binding band 1 is inserted into the holding part 2.

An outward-opening inclined guide surface 2b and the opening 2a are provided on both walls of the
As shown in FIG. 1, the opening 2a of the two groups of holding parts on one side and the opening opening 2a of the two groups of holding parts on the other side are separated from each other by the center of the binding band 1, as shown in FIG. They may be formed integrally with the binding band 1 so that they face in opposite directions, or, although not shown, the two groups of holding parts on both sides all face in the same direction.
On the other hand, as shown in the figure, the above-mentioned locking part 3 is attached to other parts of the binding band 1 where each holding part 2 is not formed, for example, the holding part 2.
By press-fitting the binding band 1 near the locking part 3 into the holding part 2, a desired one or more binding ring state can be obtained. .

is press-fitted into the holding part 2 using the inclined guide surface 2b, the opening 2a of the holding part 2 is expanded and the binding band 1 is held in the holding part 2, so that the locking claw Due to the falling-off prevention effect of the portion 2c and the engagement between the locking portion 3 and the holding portion 2, the binding ring state corresponding to the group of electric wires W is reliably maintained. In this state, the electric wires W are reliably bound.

By selecting one holding part 2 and one locking part 3 according to the diameter of the W 1 group, and engaging the two and 3 and holding the binding band 1 in the same manner as above, the electric wire W 1 The first binding ring state corresponding to the diameter of the group is maintained. Next, connect the second wire W 2 groups to the cable tie 1
Curve and bundle both sides of the wires W, select other holding parts 2 and locking parts 3 according to the diameter of the second group of wires, and similarly engage them 2 and 3 and hold the binding band 1. As a result, the second binding ring state corresponding to the diameter of the second group of electric wires W is maintained. In this way, the electric wire W 1 and the electric wire W 2 are reliably branched and bundled using one binding band. It goes without saying that the third, fourth, etc. binding ring states can be obtained by similar operations depending on the number of holding portions 2 and locking portions 3 formed.

If the configuration is such that the sides face in opposite directions, as shown in FIG.
By press-fitting them together, one or more binding rings can be maintained in a similar manner. In this case,
Since not only the locking but also the holding portion can be used as a means for obtaining a bundled ring state, it is possible to bundle the wire group in a way that accurately reflects the diameter of the wire group.

Depending on the implementation, it is also possible to obtain two or more binding rings with relatively large diameters if the locking part 3 or holding part 2 of one binding band is engaged with the holding part 2 of the other binding band. be.

A plurality of locking parts are formed, each of the locks is configured to engage with a side surface of the holding part when the binding band is inserted into the holding part, and the opening openings of the holding part group on one side and the holding part group on the other side are formed. , in opposite directions to each other, and is characterized by a structure in which the holding part group on one side and the holding part group on the other side can also be press-fitted into each other, so that the holding part and the locking engagement or It goes without saying that electric wires, etc. can be reliably bound simply by press-fitting the holding parts together, but if the holding parts are engaged with the locking parts or the holding parts are press-fitted together at multiple locations, a single binding band can be formed. By using this, it becomes possible to branch and bundle electric wires into two or more parts very easily.

In addition to greatly contributing to the improvement of work efficiency, the configuration with locking and holding parts is a means of obtaining a binding ring state.By selecting the locking part and holding part, electric wires, etc. can be tied into an ideal ring state. It is also possible to do so.
