【考案の詳細な説明】
(産業上の利用分野)
本考案はウエツルドナツトやウエルドボルト付
の被塗装体、特に、塗装を受ける螺子部付被塗装

してしまう。このような螺子部に所定部材の取付
けのためボルトやナツトを締付けると、完全な締
付けのための軸方向の締込み量いわゆる軸量がで
ない前に締付トルクが出てしまう。あるいは締込
み量を得るため締付けトルクを増すと、特に、細
いウエルドボルトは折れ、適正な締付手段として
作用しなくなる。本考案は、被塗装部に溶接され
ている螺子部に塗膜が付着することを防止できる

部付被塗装体を示した。この螺子部付被塗装体は

上端がトランクリツド2に当接し、下端はリヤフ
ロアパネル3の後端に溶接される。そして中央の
