【考案の詳細な説明】
(産業上の利用分野)
本考案は自動車用のフロアパネルのようなナツ
トが溶接、かしめ等の手段によりパネルに取付ら

(従来の技術)
自動車用のフロアパネル等には他の部材をボル
ト締めするために、ウエルドナツト、ピアスナツ
ト等のナツトが溶接あるいはかしめによりパネル
に取付けられているが、この種のナツト付きパネ
ルはナツトが取付けられた後に防錆用の塩化ビニ
ルゾル等の塗料を吹きつけ塗装するため、第3図
に示すようにナツトのめねじ部11にまで塗料1
2が付着して締め付けできなくなる問題があつ
た。このため従来はナツト部分をマスキングした
うえで塩化ビニルゾル等の吹きつけ塗装を行つて
いたが、ナツトの個数が多い場合にはマスキング

前記のような課題を解決しようとする本考案の

本体の座面側にめねじ部によびボルト挿通孔より
凹んだ塗料溜用空間を形成したことを特徴とする

面3の4隅に設けた溶接用の突起である。そし

径のボルト挿通孔7が設けられたパネル8に該め
ねじ部4とボルト挿通孔7とが連通された状態に
溶接されてナツト本体1の座面3側にめねじ部4
およびボルト挿通孔10より凹んだ塗料溜用空間

の部材のボルト締めに使用されるものであるが、
本考案によれば、ナツト本体1のパネル8への取
付側の座面3にめねじ部4の谷径およびパネル8
のボルト挿通孔8aの孔径よりも大径の低段部2
が設けられていてナツト本体1の座面3側にめね
じ部4およびボルト挿通孔8aより凹んだ塗料溜
用空間を形成してあるので、塩化ビニルゾル等の
塗料をパネル8の表面に吹きつけ塗装する際に
は、第2図に示すように、斜方向から吹きつけら
れる塗料のほとんどが低段部2に形成される塗料
溜用空間に付着することとなり、めねじ部4に塗
料9が到達する割合は減少し、また、到達しても
めねじ部4にボルトが螺合するのに支障ない程度
の量しか付着しないものである。また、中心孔内
に侵入した塗料9はめねじ部4の内面に沿つて流
下し、めねじ部4のテーパー状の面取り箇所に達
した後に下方に流下することとなるが、塗料9は
大径の低段部2の周縁に沿つて塗料溜用空間に溜
るので、パネル8のボルト挿通孔8aが塗料によ
り塞がれることがなく、従つて、ボルト挿通孔8
aからナツト本体1のめねじ部4にボルトを締め
込めば、ボルトは適確にめねじ部4と螺合できる

着し、ナツト本体の座面側にめねじ部によびボル
ト挿通孔より凹んだ塗料溜用空間を形成したもの
であるから、パネル表面に吹きつけ塗装する際、
めねじ部にボルトを螺合するのに支障となるよう
な塗料の付着を防止することができ、また、パネ
ルのボルト挿通孔を閉塞する虞れもないので、塩
化ビニルゾルの塗布に先立つてナツトにマスキン
