Claims (1)
共振子孔を形成し、前記一端面は導電層を形成し
て短絡面とし、前記他端面は導電層を形成しない
開放面とし、各側面および前記共振子孔の内面に
前記短絡面を介して互いに電気的に導通する導電
層を形成し、少なくとも1側面は少なくとも部分
的に導電層を形成しない露出面としてこれを結合
部とした複数の誘電体共振器を前記結合部どうし
が対向するように並置してなる誘電体フイルタに
おいて、 前記結合部を、その両端に誘電層を有し前記開
放面から短絡面に至るスリツトの形状に形成した
