放面上に配設され、隣接する誘電体共振器相互間
を容量結合するための第1の導電パターン、両入
出力端に位置する誘電体共振器を外部回路に導く
ための入出力結合用の第2の導電パターン、およ
び任意の誘電体共振器相互間に有極化用並列回路
を形成するための第3の導電パターンが形成され
た基板と、 各誘電体共振器ごとに設けられ、一端が前記誘
電体共振器の共振子孔に挿入されてその共振子孔
内面の導電層に導電接続され、他端が前記基板に
形成された導電パターンに選択的に接触する導体
