よび外導体8を有し、 誘電体ブロツク1は、一端面2が共振器開放側
端面とされ、他端面3が共振器短絡側端面とされ
たものであり、かつ、複数の共振器孔5a〜5e
が前記両端面2,3間を貫通して形成されたもの
であり、 前記各共振器孔5a〜5eは、それぞれ、共振
器の一部分を構成するものであり、かつ、前記両
端面2,3間距離を該共振器の共振器長とするも
のであり、 内導体7a〜7eは、前記各共振器孔5a〜5
eの内周面に形成されており、 外導体8は、誘電体ブロツク1の4側面4に形
成されており、短絡側端面3は、内導体7a〜7
eと外導体8とを短絡する短絡電極膜9が形成さ
れており、 誘電体ブロツク1は、その開放側端面2または
短絡側端面3の少なくとも一方側が、各共振器の
共振周波数に対応した段差形状2a〜2c,3a
〜3cもしくは傾斜形状2A,2B,3A,3B
にされており、かつ段差形状2a〜2c,3a〜
3bの開放側端面2ないし短絡側端面3は、垂直
面もしくは傾斜面からなる段差側面2d,3dを
有している ことを特徴とする誘電体フイルタ。 (2) バンドパスフイルタを具備し、そのバンド
