(Effects of the Invention) The method for cutting a steel sheet material for elbow forming according to the present invention has a shape in which the portion nearer to the edge c for forming one bent abdomen is cut and removed in the longitudinal direction from the conventional steel sheet material B for elbow forming. Main steel plate material 2 for elbow forming
and a secondary steel plate material 3 for elbow forming, which has a shape corresponding to the cut and removed portion of the main steel plate material 2, are arranged with their bending abdomen forming edges c and c facing each other. , Also, the following steel plate 1
The edge side is the joining edge 2a, 3a of the main steel plate material 2 and the secondary steel plate material 3, and furthermore, the facing form of the main steel plate material 2 and the secondary steel plate material 3 is reversed left and right. Since the steel plates 1 of a fixed width are arranged alternately and in multiple stages in the longitudinal direction of the steel plates 1 adjacent to each other and are cut out, the generation of residual material due to the cutout is significantly reduced. It happens.
Therefore, by reducing the amount of materials used, the product price can be significantly reduced.

In other words, in the conventional sheet cutting method as shown in FIG. 5, a steel plate material B for elbow forming, which has a shape equal to the developed shape of the required elbow, is continuously punched out from a fixed length steel plate A. As shown in the figure, a triangular residual material C was inevitably formed between the punched materials and the yield was extremely poor, but according to the method according to the present invention, Since such triangular residual material C is not generated at all, the purpose of reducing the amount of materials used is achieved.

In other words, the method according to the present invention uses, as a steel plate for cutting, a steel plate 1 with a standard width that matches the width of the steel plate material for forming an elbow. That is, a very unique method is used in which a steel plate 1 with dimensions that can be cut from a normal elbow-forming steel plate material is used, but the elbow-forming steel plate material is purposely cut into segments.

Moreover, the divided form corresponds to the main steel plate material 2 for elbow forming, which has a shape in which the portion near the edge c for forming the bent abdomen is cut and removed in the longitudinal direction, and the cut and removed portion of the main steel plate material 2. The secondary steel plate material 3 for elbow forming is divided into two parts, and is then put into the state as described above, that is,
``Both steel plate materials 2 and 3 are arranged with their respective bending abdomen forming edge portions c and c facing each other, and the edge side of steel plate 1 described below is placed in both steel plate materials 2 and 3. The joining edges 2a and 3a are used as joining edges 2a and 3a, and the main steel plate material 2 and the secondary steel plate material 3, which are left and right reversed, are placed adjacent to each other and alternately in the longitudinal direction of the steel plate 1 of a standard width. By arranging the boards in multiple stages and removing the boards, it is possible to achieve the purpose of board removal in an extremely rational and economical manner without producing the triangular residual material C as described above. It will be.

1 Using a steel plate 1 with a standard width whose width matches the width of the steel plate material for forming an elbow, from the conventional steel plate material B for forming an elbow to the steel plate 1, a portion closer to the edge c for forming one bent abdomen is used. A main steel plate material 2 for elbow forming, which has a shape obtained by cutting and removing the material in the longitudinal direction;
A secondary steel plate material 3 for elbow forming, which has a shape corresponding to the cut and removed portion of the main steel plate material 2, is arranged with the edges c and c portions for forming the bent abdomen facing each other, and , the edge side of the steel plate 1 is used as the joining edge 2a, 3a of the main steel plate material 2 and the secondary steel plate material 3, and furthermore, the facing configuration of the main steel plate material 2 and the secondary steel plate material 3 is reversed left and right. Steel plates 1 of standard width are placed adjacent to each other.
are arranged alternately and in multiple stages in the longitudinal direction, and the adjoining form of each stage is set at the bending abdomen forming edges c, c of the opposing main steel plate material 2 and secondary steel plate material 3.
In the main steel plate material 2 of the step adjacent to the concave arc edge jointly drawn by the edges a, a for forming the upper end opening surface part or the edges b, b for forming the lower end opening surface part closer to the part, The convex arc edge drawn by the upper end opening surface portion forming edge a or the lower end opening surface portion forming edge b is pushed in and adjacent to the main steel plate material 2 and the secondary steel plate material 3.
A method for cutting a steel plate material for elbow forming, which comprises cutting the steel plate 1 from the steel plate 1 in the multi-stage arrangement state as described above.
