Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve sound insulating ability by a method wherein a floor bed panel, a laminate material, and a finish material are laid over a floor base through a support member, and a damping material or a sound insulating material is disposed in a sandwich state in the middle or on the one side of the laminate material. CONSTITUTION:A floor bed panel 3, a laminate material 4, and a finish material 5 are laid on a floor base 1, e.g. concrete slab, through support member 2. A damping material or a sound insulating materiel 6 formed by a visco-elastic material mixed with an inorganic filler is disposed in a sandwich state in the middle of the laminate material 3. Damping materials (sound insulating materials) 6, 7, and 8 can be disposed on the one side of the laminate material 3 or between 3 and 4 and 4 and 5. This constitution improves shut off performance for floor impact noise.

Even if cushion rubber is attached to the lower end of the support member, if a wood-based finish is used as a finishing material, the impact of the floor will be more easily transmitted through the support member than a finishing material such as carpet, and the floor base such as a concrete slab will pass through the support member. Because it is transmitted as solid sound, it has the disadvantage of carrying a large amount of sound downstairs.

In the first embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a floor base panel 3 is supported on a floor base 1 such as a concrete slab via a support member 2, and a sill material 4 is provided on the floor base panel 3. , a finishing material 5 is provided on the lining material 4. The support member 2 is the leg part 2
A cushion rubber 2B is provided at the lower end of A, and this cushion rubber 2B is in contact with the floor base 1. By rotating the leg portion 2A, the length thereof, that is, the height of the floor base panel 3 from the floor base 1 can be adjusted. A damping material or a sound insulating material 6 is provided inside the floor base panel 3 in a sandwich-like manner. Further, a damping material or a sound insulating material 7 is provided on the lower surface of the upholstery material 4. Furthermore, a damping material, a sound insulating material, or a buffering material 8 is provided on the lower surface of the finishing material 5. These damping materials or sound insulating materials 6 to 8 are made of plastic, rubber, or olefin viscoelastic materials mixed with inorganic fillers, or plastic or rubber viscoelastic materials mixed with asphalt. Use one with a diameter of about 1 to 4 mm. In addition, when laying the floor base panels 3 on the floor base 1, each floor base panel 3
Lay them out with gaps between them. A sound absorbing material 9 is provided in the gap between the underfloor panels 3 so as to divide the underfloor space. As the sound absorbing material 9, rock wool, glass wool, or urethane foam can be used, but urethane foam processed with a profile is preferable. Due to the presence of the sound absorbing material 9, which is provided in the gap between the floor subfloor panels 3 and dividing the underfloor space, when an impact is applied to the floor, the sound pressure in the underfloor space tends to increase. The sound absorbing material 9 can absorb sound and reduce the sound pressure under the floor, and can also prevent the air immediately below the point of impact from moving in the horizontal direction.

As explained above, according to the present invention, a damping material or a sound insulating material is provided in the middle of the upholstery material in a sandwich shape, or/and a damping material or a sound insulating material is provided on at least one side of the upholstery material. Therefore, the presence of vibration damping or sound insulating materials prevents any impact force applied to the floor from being transmitted as solid sound to the floor base such as concrete slabs through the support members, and improves the floor impact sound isolation performance. Improvements can be made.
