Even if the cushion rubber is attached to the lower end of the support member, when a wood-based finishing material is used as the finishing material, the impact of the floor is more easily transmitted than the finishing material such as a carpet, and the floor of a concrete slab or the like is passed through the supporting member. There was a drawback that the loud sound was carried downstairs because it was transmitted as solid sound to the base.

In the first embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a floor base panel 3 is supported on a floor base 1 such as a concrete slab via a support member 2, and a piling material 4 is provided on the floor base panel 3. ,
A finishing material 5 is provided on the sacrificial material 4. Support member 2 is a leg
A cushion rubber 2B is provided at the lower end of 2A, and the cushion rubber 2B is configured to be in contact with the floor base 1. By rotating the leg 2A, the length thereof, that is, the height of the floor base panel 3 from the floor base 1 can be adjusted. A damping material or a sound insulating material 6 is provided inside the floor base panel 3 in a sandwich shape. Further, a damping material or a sound insulating material 7 is provided on the lower surface of the throw-out material 4. Further, a vibration damping material, a sound insulating material or a cushioning material 8 is also provided on the lower surface of the finishing material 5.
Is provided. These vibration damping materials or sound insulating materials 6 to 8 are made of a plastic, rubber or olefin viscoelastic body containing an inorganic filler, or a plastic or rubber viscoelastic body mixed with asphalt. 1-4m
Use something about m. When the floor base panels 3 are laid on the floor base 1, a gap is provided between the floor base panels 3 and the floor base panels 3 are laid. A sound absorbing material 9 is provided in the gap between the floor base panels 3 so as to divide the space under the floor. As the sound absorbing material 9, rock wool, glass wool or urethane foam can be used, but a material obtained by processing urethane foam is desirable. Due to the presence of the sound absorbing material 9 provided in the gap between the floor base panels 3 and separating the underfloor space, the sound pressure in the underfloor space tends to increase when an impact is applied to the floor. The sound absorbing material 9 can reduce the sound pressure under the floor by absorbing the sound, and the sound absorbing material 9 can also prevent the horizontal movement of the air immediately below the point of impact.

The graph shown in FIG. 43 corresponds to the first embodiment (reference symbols I and
II) and a comparative example (shown by reference numerals III and IV in the graph) in which the damping material or the sound insulating material 6 to 8 is not provided and the sound absorbing material 9 is not provided in the first embodiment. It shows a measurement result. Symbols I and III show the measurement results by light impact noise, and symbols II and IV show the measurement results by heavy impact noise. From this result, it can be seen that the performance was improved by two ranks (13 dB) for light impact sound and one rank (6 dB) for heavy impact sound.

[Effects] As described above, according to the present invention, the cutout material is provided on the entire lower surface of the finishing material, and at least the damping material or the sound insulating material is provided on both surfaces of the cutout material. In such a case, it is possible to prevent a case in which a space is formed immediately below the finishing material by the stuffing material laid on the floor, and this has an effect of effectively preventing noise and vibration caused by the generation of the gap. In addition, due to the presence of vibration damping material or sound insulation material, even when an impact force is applied on the floor, it is prevented from being transmitted as a solid sound to the floor base such as concrete slab through the support member, improving the floor impact sound insulation performance Can be achieved.
