Claims (1)
向するコリメーシヨンレンズと、該コリメーシヨ
ンレンズに対向する光透過部材を有すると共に内
部に気泡及び液体が封入された気泡管と、前記光
透過部材及び液体を透過した光源からの光を受光
する受光素子とが一定の位置関係に配置され、該
受光素子に投影される気泡位置を電気的に検出し
て被測定物の傾斜角を検出する傾斜角検出装置に
おいて、前記発光ダイオードの発光端面に光拡散
処理が施されたことを特徴とする傾斜角検出装置
。 2 発光ダイオードから成る光源と、該光源に対
向するコリメーシヨンレンズと、該コリメーシヨ
ンレンズに対向する光透過部材を有すると共に内
部に気泡及び液体が封入された気泡管と、前記光
透過部材及び液体を透過した光源からの光を受光
する受光素子とが一定の位置関係に配置され、該
受光素子に投影される気泡位置を電気的に検出し
て被測定物の傾斜角を検出する傾斜角検出装置に
おいて、前記光源とコリメーシヨンレンズとの間
に光拡散処理が施された透光部材を配設したこと
を特徴とする傾斜角検出装置。 3 前記光拡散処理はあらけずり処理であること
を特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の傾斜角検出装
